Somehow when I read "staples" I didn't think they meant literal staples.
That scar is going to be heinous. It already looks like it's forming a ridge.

FFS always look wierd.
but Kev's post op might be one of the worst one i have seen so far, though i don't poruse the trans sugery threat much anymore, maybe all the "surgeons" have just gotten slobbier and more aggressive

I mean, think of the conditions he lives, eats and sleeps in. Part of the reason why Kevin looks like garbage is that he lives in it and has subpar hygiene. He's going to get ugly scarring but that's likely down to him and his lifestyle.

I *think* I can tell that they shaved his brow bones down slightly and his forehead looks like he had a facelift (which he did), but there's no way a True and Honest female would exchange a very subtle change above the eyes for a huge scar across the entire forehead.
It's the next morning and I am still shook.
