If Christory has taught us anything, it's that Chris is going to keep chasing after Doopie until she humiliates him or eliminates all channels of potential communication.

Until then, I wouldn't be surprised if Chris doubles down and increases his pledge to her Patreon.

But the point I want to make is that Doopie is friends with Emi and Dalton of "Jaltoid", an animation channel with a side channel dedicated to Let's Plays. Doopie was featured in one of their recent Let's Plays and the interact a lot on Twitter. Now, I'm not dedicated enough to go looking for the tweets, but Doopie and Jaltoid have made jokes about Chris to each other before, and she makes it quite clear she doesn't regard him in a positive light.

That being said, Doopie is an artist, so she takes what money she can. So when Chris forked over some cash for Patreon and commissions, she probably held off on voicing concerns for the sake of maintaining an image. Now that Chris has a warped perception of her being a Gal-Pal, she's trying to pull out before he gets too dedicated.
