I've been debating with myself on whether I should say something here, but I think I'll get this off my chest.

I've known of Matt Myers since GG started back in 2014 (I was a supporter of GG). I've seen a lot of the stupid shit that he spews from his Twitter account over the years from all sorts of people within the movement. I still can't grasp his thought processes, but here's what I've noticed about him:

He has this warped 'do as I say, not as I do' mentality. I've never seen him demonstrate any kind of tolerance, empathy to other views than his own.

That seems like an understatement. I genuinely believe there is something mentally and psychologically wrong with Matt. He outdoes his contemporaries when it comes to his zealotry and outright hatred of people he disagrees with. It's almost like a 'religious mania'. You say something positive to him about someone whose a GG supporter, if you say a slight against Antifa, if you even dare criticize his values in anyway, he simply can't disagree. He has to slander you into the ground before he's satisfied. He's not afraid of sicking his followers onto his target either.

Reading through Matt's Lolcow Wiki page (which was very well done), I think the best way of dealing with someone like him is do the Nora Reed route and not contact him; starve him of attention. He will not debate anyone that contradicts his views. He will also not be fazed by anything, even in the face of humiliation. He'll only double down on his rhetoric and aggressiveness. Instead, join in laughing at this way of thinking (#MyersTwitter is a great), though I doubt he's humiliated by that and will likely accuse the users of the hashtag of being 'stalkers'.

Myers was just pissed because his own side consisted of such raging autists they couldn't pose as normal properly.

I covered it in his wiki article, but Myers has maintained the offensive long after his contemporaries abandoned the cause. Even Izzy Galvez, bless his retarded heart, backed down after the Mombot Doxxing, but this nutter just continues to escalate. If you did a search and he turned out to not have a lengthy prior criminal record, I'd be fucking stunned.

Yeah the new account accusing him is shady but somehow I doubt he was hiding in the closet as a queer furry for 15 years knowing the circles he runs in being accepting of that kind of thing. He has no reason to hide what he's alleging he's hiding.

I seriously doubt his story.
