^^ the Swift lawsuit was tossed for lack of jurisdiction as well. But the judge still let him make his case even after making it clear that the court lacked jurisdiction (judges need to lol sometimes too).

I would imagine that being that Russ alleges this "assault" and "discrimination" took place within SLC, this time the court does indeed have jurisdiction.

So instead it'll be tossed for lacking legal basis.

This guys. People here always get overly enthused and start hoping for the shit to hit the fan. Look at when Chris maced the guy. There we're people going "OMG CHRIS ATTACKED TEH GUY!
