Judgement was for the defendents in the amount of $1500 for attorneys fees.
Case was ultimately dismissed on lack of cause of action, subject matter jurisdiction, and personal jurisdiction matters. The judge gave Russhole plenty of opportunities to explain the merits of the case for each of those issues. Because he couldn't it was determined that the lolsuit was filed in bad faith (much to rusty's objections that he had indeed filed the in good faith). Most of the time was spent with the judge trying to get Russhole to explain what his cause of action was with Russhole just re-iterating his same story. Judge had to repeatedly remind him that he wasn't interested in evidence at that time, just cause of action. For some reason rusty couldn't quite grasp the difference between the two.

Sounds like a fair and impartial judge gave him plenty of opportunities....he just doesn't understand how shit works...

And he's convinced he's smarter than everyone else. Few things in life are as irritating and potentially disastrous as an idiot who thinks he's smart.

Anyone else secretly hoping he was late because he wanted to walk in with a line of hookers from the brothel behind him, ready to personally testify that he is, in fact, a very disabled and discriminated-against nice man?

And then they do a musical number.

What was his demeanor like during the proceedings? Also, how tall did he appear to be to you?
He actually seemed somewhat calm (just a little flustered) except he'd sometimes get worked up like when saying how the security guards treated him. At one point in the beginning he started to stand up trying to interrupt when Skordas was talking and the judge had to make him let Skordas talk. When the judge was explaining the $1500 he owes he just nodded. He sat outside the courtroom for a minute on his phone afterwards, and then hobbled off
