Toilet reviewing community on YouTube - Yes they actually review......toilets

When I saw the elevator enthusiasm thread, I thought "what next, toilet enthusiasts?"

...yeah.

At least these people have the privacy of the stall when they're filming their autism.

I feel bad for any woman that has to walk in on this dude using their restroom as his own personal playground:
EDIT: This also speaks for itself

"Every day in 2009, I will take a photo of one of the places that I pee. I won’t take a picture of my actual pee, because that isn’t the idea. It’s about appreciating the pot, not the piss. There are some really beautiful urinals and interesting locations that deserve to be documented. Please come back often, because I tend to pee a lot."

Also some additional 'shit':

Also there is an element of risk associated with the bustling toilet-filming community, namely:

I thought the trail had run dry, but then I struck the veritable goldmine of toilet-filming shitnuggetry:

The day has come. I lost interest in toilets... Yeah, it happened. Have to move on in life.

I thought this dude's playlist of his toilet videos was the most anyone had covered on the subject. It has 1600+ videos and according to some playlist analyzer is 1 day and 6 hours in length.

But actually this guy's channel has more videos of toilets:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFsGjEtF5LLa_ZJtQ-WMRNA/videos

He has 7,600 videos which are mostly about toilets.

Besides that, I sadly couldn't find much toilet drama. It would seem as if they are more mature than the "Elevator Fandom". Sad.

Much like the "elevator fandom" the "toilet fandom" has also attracted media attention:

It appears as though the "toilet fandom" has one-up on their elevator brothers in the form of a fucking geo-tagged worldwide database of fucking urinals

This is PlatinumEaglesStudio's
I ran into his stuff a year ago because he's obsessed with ice cream trucks. He used to have a video of himself listening to ice cream truck music full blast while sitting on his porch, but I think it's unlisted now.

Although at least something like a geo-tagged database of urinals/toilets has some use. One could use such a database to review public restrooms for cleanliness and such. Would end the horrors of traveling and coming across filthy gas station bathrooms.

How autistic do you have to be if you wanna film toilets? I can get Trains and to an extent elevators, but toilets? At least there are different types of trains and elevators, but all toilets are pretty much the same with some logo differences that no sane person would are about.

Oh dear, not again. Some toilet filmers hate having articles about them.

I am part of this toilet community, we document whats left of the old fasioned toilets. Almost everyone in the British side are genuinely good people, most of them ain't any different to bird spotters or train spotters. The American community has been a mess for sometime, the junior members so easy to troll, like toilet fuze. We all do this thumbs up, thumbs down & commentry stuff for a laugh for the others when we're reviewing them, it's all done for fun at the end of the day. :tomgirl:

So, of all the things to document, why toilets?

"we document whats left of the old fashioned toilets", like the high level cistern types that are rapidly dying out. (my channel is full of them) I grew up with one at my old house, my friends house and my old school, fascinated with them for their flushes until I was 5. When I turned 11, I looked up "high level toilet" on youtube found those videos, watched one vid after another and became addicted to them.. Then I wanted to participate. Totally fucked my school-life up as you may imagine. Thats how 95% of toilet enthusiasts started off on youtube. In 2015 a google+ page was created, where non toilet related stuff could be shared too, then we all got to know each other. I gave it up eventually and abandoned them. A few months later I came back wanting to do it again. Them lads were my friends so why did I leave them at all? it was just a dick move.

No one knows I still review them, most of them on the British side keep quiet about it. We all literally give the usernames and PP a fictional person like spookyjimmy. Outside the community, I cycle miles on weekends, do bird-spotting, and explore abandoned places. I take pictures and post them on urbex forums.

I have no interest in trains, elevators or ceiling fans.

The only toilet videos I'd ever really want to watch would be videos on how to fix a toilet. And I'd only watch those if I needed to fix my toilet.
