I found a fresh hell when, as usual, I went into the Fallout 3 tag looking for some inspiration for a piece I was working on.

Apparently, this is a "redesign" of the person's fan character/Lone Wanderer.

The original still had an "ugly" vibe, which I'd argue is good! Make ugly wasteland bitches! But at least it was more "don't fuck with me" and less "witch caricature"!
