True. Look at how in a resting position her fingertips only come down to middle of her hip... Like when they tell girls in school that their shorts have to come down to your fingertips, AL could get away with not wearing any technically. She's so overstuffed she's developed t-rex arms and there is no way she could possibly reach around, in the back or in the front. Maybe while she's sitting down, with the assistance of her butt-flossing braided net bathing thing she got at dollar tree. She should invest in a Tushy bidet attachment for her toilet. Although, the spray would never reach into her mile long crack, which has probably not opened in quite some time.

Kinda OT but not really I guess because I'm comparing AL and someone. Back in the day there was a thread on something awful about this blogger who called herself "the sugar monster." She was probably about the same size as AL and a FA advocate who got into hot water with the whale community when she decided to get gastric bypass to save her life.
She made a bunch of sob story posts to her blog in order to prove to the FA people that she needed to get surgery. Posts about how she couldn't wipe herself and would just go to the bathroom at work and sit in her own filth, hoping that no one could tell or smell it. Eventually she got too large to work and went on SSI, got too large to bathe herself and her mom gave her sponge baths in bed. She got all kinds of "omg you are SO BRAVE" responses, "omg you are a traitor!" as well as the SA crowd's "holy shit, you did this to yourself and now you want sympathy". This was pre-youtube or just early youtube before every idiot thought they should be on camera, and she made money by putting a "tip jar" on her blog that connected to her paypal.
I'm pretty sure she is still around, still morbidly obese just less-so, and still at least partially living off of donations. I guess she was a lolcow before the term existed and I was equally obsessed with her saga as I am with AL. The main differences between her and AL was that she wasn't a liar, was upfront about her real mental/physical illnesses, saw doctors and was medicated. My point though, is that if she was too large to wipe herself, there is no way that AL can wipe without some sort of aid. Straight up. If this post is bothersome, spoiler it up. AL just reminds me a lot of the sugar monster, the main difference being that she has too much ego to admit that she is falling apart physically and needs psychiatric help.

Just a guess but I suspect that the way a lot of these people wipe their ass looks something like those diagrams in the Tampax leaflet that depict a woman inserting a tampon while she is standing, with one foot propped up on the edge of the bathtub or sink surround. In that position they can probably reach a bit easier.
On a less horrifying note, anyone on social media needs to be memeing "scAmbabies" across all her platforms. I'm quite sure it would thoroughly rustle her jimmies

If this response came from basically anyone else, I'd allow it. I don't think a person has any obligation to maintain a toxic relationship with a family member if they've been wronged in the past. What grinds my gears about AL is that she repeatedly uses her mom's situation for views and sympathy on the internet. I hope Momma Ham gets out next month, and Tammie shows her what AL's been up to. Amber has majorly invaded her mother's privacy countless times, and she deserves to know for herself.
Who knows, maybe Momma Ham would get angry enough to come on KF like her sister did and brew us up some more hot tea.

That is the only thing going on in her life. It's her addiction and obsession. Eating is one of the only "activities " she can participate fully in with others.
It would be AMAZING if she'd find a local food bank or soup kitchen and VOLUNTEER. She could sit and box shit up. Point is, she'd see what hungry people look like and stop thinking about herself and her menu.
