While horrifying, the screenshot is a tad misleading when it comes down to what Becky is expressing. The snap was a video, starting on AL (selfie mode) then switching to Becky who is squealing and shrieking in what seems like a fit of laughter, only to go blank faced moments later. It seems like they're watching TV or something off-camera that captured her full attention at the end, which is the part of the video the screenshot is from.

I realize this is (likely) a rhetorical question, but I just can't stand these extreme hyperboles. She said she played "real soccer" when Destiny mentions her sister's travel team. In the US travel sports pretty much always means club sports. There's tryouts, it's highly competitive, and it's actually rather expensive. Parents pour thousands of dollars into club sports annually, normally in hopes of finding a scholarship to college or a contract with a team down the road. What AL played was recreational soccer, at a local sports complex or recreational center, where it's $100 or so for a season and the most they "travel" is across the metropolitan area to a different sports complex. Everyone who can pay the basic fee can play, regardless of skill or experience. She might have been semi-not-awful at defense at a young age because of her larger size compared to other players- giving her an advantage when blocking, and also maybe giving her a decently strong kick.
She didn't play shortstop. She was probably an outfielder who never touched the ball because kids her age could rarely hit it to the outfield anyway. If she could manage to hit the ball, her mass could give some advantage but she'd probably be tagged out before she made it to first base.
She was probably in some irrelevant dance company that offers "dance classes" for young children who don't really have the dedication or attention span to become real dancers. Young girls tend to enjoy them, and parents essentially pay for an hour or two of daycare with dance. Maybe her particular "group" within the company won an award at some recital; but if it was a dance competition similar to those on Dance Mom's, like she wants us to believe, she should be able to provide some concrete proof of her being such a highly decorated dancer- at least an award name or competition she attended.
AL likes to think she was as active as other kids her age, but she was just kind of half-assing it. Either she never found something she really enjoyed doing, or she was too damn lazy to stick with it. Maybe AL was on a softball team, but for most kids organized team sports are only a small fraction of the time they spend being active during a week, or a month. AL went to her one hour practice once a week, then went home and ate enough food to feed a few of her teammates, and then she wouldn't exercise again until the next practice.
