Not exactly, estimated value doesn't mean the price it would sell for. It also depends on how much equity he has on the house and what his interest rate is on the home loan. Poor planning yes, but just because the home has increased in value doesnt mean he would sell it for that.

EDIT: the best part is "The Hate Grill" has like 3 google results in total. You could totally invent this as a fictional establishment and make people actually believe it exists.

DSP states that people should not take seriously when he calls people "a waste of life" during fighting games, and that he is only saying it as "overblown bullshit."
The direct contradiction to this is when someone in his stream chat or tumbleweed forums says something even a Sarkeesian hair out of his comfort zone...instantly banned and don't come back.
I shouldn't be surprised, but at times it floors me how lacking in introspection Phil at 35-years-old can be.

Easy to say for DSP since he mutes his opponents so they can't trash talk back. Imagine one of them later watches his videos and they realize how much they have been insulted live during a stream by him, and now get the same treatment in a video he monetizes to continue his sick lifestyle.

im giving the "no grind" thing a few sessions before he drops its or one of his fans goes into his game and drops good items so he can cheeze the rest of the game

Nah he'll just pull a Dark souls 3 and grind on screen.

For those that don't know when phil played DS3 he repeatedly said "i will not be grinding i repeat i will not be OFF SCREEN grinding"

So when it comes to bloodborne we'll probably get entire streams of him in the lecture hall in that one room killing the slime students over and over until he hits lvl 200 before fighting Rom.

And all the grinding filled with the finest commentary by Phil, since he is so well-educated and versed in lifestyle, pop culture, politics and art.

Or he just punishes his viewers with extra boring stream where he doesn't add anything of interest to the commentary, whichever comes first.

He rage quit the game due to the Watchdog boss in the chalice dungeons, and then again when he couldn't get past Ludwig in The Old Hunters. While I imagine he'll just make up some bullshit to not finish the chalice progression, I sure would love to see his salt as he tries to kill Queen Yharnam. Even if he doesn't do that, The Old Hunters is going to tear his ass in half. In my opinion, it is far and away the hardest (and easily some of the best) content that From Software has ever made. Prepare for Phil to fall back on his predictable blaming of From Software ("duuuhhhh") when he can't beat Ludwig, Lady Maria, or Orphan of Kos.

Everything he says and does is a legitimate reaction because he is the REALEST gamer on the internet and he is here to give you a RAW, UNEDITED gameplay experience. Unless it can get him in trouble. In those cases he was being hyperbolic and should NOT be taken seriously.

Phil will make any excuse to save his ass, even if it's entirely nonsensical and contradictory. It's like he thinks that people only care that an excuse was made and won't judge how good that excuse is.

If all else fails he can always use his go to "sorry for being stupid, and for being human" hour long apology that passes the blame onto everybody and everything besides himself for 59 of those 60 minutes. It is not two faced at all he is saying this during his crusade against "fake" game reviewers while he is also not reviewing games ONLY because the videos do not make him money.
