Can we all agree that he's probably clinically delusional at this point? Maybe he always was. Do you remember when he thought Taylor Swift sent him anthrax because he got some weird thing in the mail? When he tags them in his points, he think that they see that, I'm pretty sure. Besides the erotomania, he seems to have some sort of delusions of being persecuted by Taylor and her family. He thinks they have actively tried to hurt him, not just that they are ignoring him.

Armchair psychology all up in here, but no. I seriously doubt Rusty has been clinically delusional all this time. He's definitely experiencing a big ol' helping of the crazies right now, but I think he's experiencing a brutal narcissistic injury. Not only has he lost all his friends and family, his ego has been run through a woodchipper
twice, and he's been given a giant red sticker that says"TARD ALERT" in court, which is a place he holds near and dear to the center of his ego.

Yeah, Rusty appears to be in a full-blown paranoid mania while he is trying to correct his obliterated ego. That is to be expected with a malignant narcissist like several Kiwis have suspected of him. However, though, I seriously doubt Rusty has been in a psychotic delusional episode all this time. He has shown way too many periods of lucidity for long periods of time to have been experiencing a full episode all this time.
