On the one hand, putting him in the dementia unit would be good for the kids and dogs of Tucson (as well as his long suffering tard wranglers at the TPD) but... on the other hand, I feel sorry for the nurses and CNAs that would have to deal with him. I guess at least they'd all either be 1) too old or 2) the wrong species for him to molest.

If I were Tom's tard handler at TPD, I might go a long way to make a cold rape case out of this as a means of extricating myself from said assignment and making amends for whatever inconceivable transgression that landed me on such a shite assignment.

Who's to say that someone currently residing in the "Navy Blue Apartments" at the intersection of Navy/Pacific Street in Venice Beach, CA might not remember a "Sabrina" from the early 80's?

I'm honestly surprised that no Kiwi's have taken up the case and identified Sabrina. Let's see what we know.
