I don't think they make this anymore, at least, I haven't seen it in a hot minute but this was the only cereal I'd eat as a kid. Rip dig em frog.

Are they Sugerpuffs?

I see there's a couple Five Below's in my area. I suppose I could check it out, but it's teen-oriented theme doesn't sound like I would get much out of going there.
They've got some decent cheap crap like light up bluetooth speakers and stuff.

I noticed a Bluetooth keyboard on their website that looked interesting.

EDIT: Hopefully it's not a piece of crap either, I feel like I could see skipped letters in my typing if that's the case.

The outer shell was a little bigger than a creme egg, but smaller than a kinder egg, and I think it might have had a bunch of swirly patterns and stuff on it. The best part was that they had a gummy baby dragon in the centre, so you could either slowly eat the egg until you excavated it, or just devour the thing whole and get the different flavours and textures at the same time.
This seems really macabre.

A little fucking gummy dragon embryo that youre supposed to eat. I actually love it.

In the 1980s, these things were a favorite of many a small child. Ironically, they sort of still exist.

Basically Turtle pies were an existing Hostess product (Vanilla Pudding Pies) which innovated by adding a few spoonfulls of green food coloring to the frosting. God bless corporate laziness. Now future generations can enjoy terrible confections we grew up with.
OMG Yes! I still have those stickers on some old NES games too!

Kudos to @AnOminous for reminding me of these as well (Also "Kudos" bars sucked)

I still see Jolt cola but I think they just became 7-11 brand. Hi-C came back out for the terrible Ghostbusters movie.

Hi-C has always been available, though they tend to sell only the drink boxes for the most part. I suppose you mean the "Etco-Cooler" flavor that's tied to the Ghostbusters franchise.

EDIT: Had a chance to visit my local Subway to see a "Pizza Sub Melt" is on the menu as a "Local Favorite". Not a bad price either, all things considered.

Haven't seen these in forever, but the bacon cheddar flavor was bomb! One side was darker brown to simulate an actual potato skin.

I still see Tato Skins in certain grocery stores. I see TGIFriday's Potato Skin chips a lot more often and their Bacon-Cheddar variety seems pretty indistinguishable from what I remember.

I miss Priazzo. The memories are vague, but I seem to recall a time when Pizza Hut wasn't total crap.

Sometimes making the best pizza tends to involve more pricier ingredients. I could see why they discontinued this.

I can't believe 8 pages and still no Josta. This was my favorite thing ever, and I'd probably do terrible, terrible things for it to come back.
josta-featured.jpg

Pepsi made it, and it was one of the first "energy" type drinks with guarana and other flavors. Guess it was only test marketed in certain areas. A friend a few years back had a badass Josta t-shirt that I offered him $20 for. Fucker wore it to work and shredded it all to hell because he thought I was joking.

Also, I'm a huge fan of anything coffee flavored, so there was this:
coke_blak.jpg

Coke BlāK, basically coffee coke that was around for a bit in 2007. Was pretty expensive for what it was, and came in plastic wrapped glass 8oz coke bottles with screw on plastic caps. Odd.

Also, Yoo-Hoo Dyna-Mocha. I can't really find any info on this, but it was coffee yoohoo and it was amazing.

Fruit String thing. It came stuck to a cardboard card in various colors and designs and you'd peel it off and eat it. Guess it wasn't as popular as fruit rollups or fruit by the foot.

And most recently:
JohnnyAppleseed_feat.jpg

This stuff. Johnny Appleseed cider. No idea why but I loved it. It just suddenly disappeared from everywhere in early 2016 with no notice or announcement or anything. The official website is still up, even. I found out that Anheuser-Busch made it and was surprised (it wasn't mentioned anywhere on the packaging). I imagine they killed it off in favor of their absolutely disgusting "Best Damn" series of drinks which all taste like Bud Light with a few drops of artificial flavoring mixed in. Those can all be discontinued, they're all completely foul.

As far as other stuff already mentioned, those Orbitz drinks were great, the flavors were odd but drinking them was so fun I don't think anyone cared. Also, dunkaroos, all the other kids loved them but the chocolate frosting always tasted like toothpaste to me.

I remember trying this out while I was in college. Not sure what I remember of it, though I think I kept a sticker they gave out at the time.

Would love to try these again.

Oh my god, I forgot those ever existed. I totally would love to try those again too.

On topic - Philadelphia with Cadbury. Yes, I'm being serious. IIRC it's been discontinued which sucks, because I loved it. I used to spread it on digestive biscuits.

I loved Josta too. I wish they would bring it back like they did with Surge and Crystal Pepsi.

Never heard of that Yoo-Hooo flavor. I loved the Chocolate Mint one, and can't find it anymore. It's not even listed on the official website, so I guess it got dropped.

I swear I saw some of that cider at my local grocery store. I love cider, so if I see it, I'll give it a try. Totally agree with you on those shitty "Best Damn" drinks. I tried the Root Beer and Cherry Cola flavors, and they taste like cough syrup.

I loved Bad Frog and was saddened when it was seemingly discontinued, however last year when I went to Arizona they were selling it at a truck stop. I still have the can too:

Looking more into it, it seems companies and stores just didn't want to sell/buy stock of it because of the controversy surrounding the frog making the 'middle finger' gesture with his flipper on the can. It's still sold in some states though so it's nice to see it's not completely gone.

Well I'll be damned... Yea, that was the same excuse our local store had too about not selling it anymore back then.
