lmao yes. This is a story that really hasn't been told too much on KF, but Tom was able to find a lawyer to take his case! This was about two years ago. His name was Joseph Palmisano. The guy was going to take Tom's case and tom only had to pay him a few hundred/month.

Joseph Palmisano, 48, was arrested April 18 after allegedly shooting 25-year-old Ryan Hall, the former boyfriend of the attorney’s secretary, with whom the suspect is romantically involved. Palmisano allegedly used a .357 handgun to shoot Hall in the parking lot of a Tempe, Ariz., office complex.

Video from Hall’s cell phone camera obtained by Phoenix-based Fox affiliate KSAZ shows the moments before the shooting. In the footage, Palmisano can be seen wearing a suit and sunglasses and brandishing the loaded weapon.

According to the station, court documents state that after Palmisano shot Hall, he said something along the lines of “Do you feel that? That’s you dying, boy.”

ABC affiliate KNXV reported that Hall grabbed the barrel of the gun and tried to duck away, but Palmisano shot him in the back. The suspect was reported by various 911 callers after he walked into this office holding the gun following the incident.

Police told KSAZ that Palmisano also called 911 and admitted to shooting the victim, but a recording of that call has not been released.

Despite his wounds, Hall was able to make his way to a nearby medical office.

“The victim ran into my office and collapsed on the floor and my medical assistant jumped up ran out and called the police,” Byron Carrick, a witness who works in the area, told KSAZ after the shooting.

I retained Mr. Palmisano in December 2012 then never heard from him again. He and his secretary, Caitlyn, never returned my daily calls and emails. I retained a new lawyer after Mr. Palmisano did not show up for my first court appearance. I continue efforts to contract Mr. Palmisano for a refund without success.

I retained him in April 2013 to represent my husband. I paid him $3,000 for him to do nothing. He filed no motions, didn't even show up to half of the court dates. He himself was arrested for shooting his secretary's ex. He did not do a damn thing but take my money. In October of 2013 He quit 2 days before trial and sent me a bill for $14,000. It took him and his office 4 months to hand over my husbands file, which he didn't even do. All he gave was a police report and nothing else. Trial is now set for next week and the new attorney appointed doesn't even have a discovery to look at to begin to prepare for trial. Its been almost a year since I retained him and my husband is still sitting in jail. The original trial date was set for September 2013 but because of him doing nothing but pushing this case back and then quitting has caused so many things. I told him after he got into his own trouble that if he felt he could not represent my husband to the best of his ability to please let my know so I can find someone else. But that if he said yes he could and would I would stand by him 100% he said yes. He LIED. I do not recommend him to my worst enemy. He might have been an excellent attorney in the past but not any more.

I hired this incompetent man to get a speeding ticket dismissed (I know, but I didn't want my insurance to go up), and he did nothing whatsoever. The court informed me that I could have done a defensive driving class, but Mr. Palmisano did not inform me of that. Isn't that nice. He'll talk to you on the phone at first, yeah, charming as hell, take your money, and then next thing you know, you're getting a thing in the mail saying that your case was overruled, and that you owe the court a huge fine. I filed a complaint to the Arizona State Bar on Mr. Palmisano, and, now that I am writing this review, I am seeing that he is on probation. Ha! I'm not surprised. If I had more money, I'd hire a new lawyer to sue him for negligence, just on principal. Choose a different lawyer.

I hired him with a paid retainer of $8000. he was readily available before payment and afterwords my calls begin going to voicemail. He did not disclose that he had a pending criminal case himself. He missed many court dates as well and then requested more money.

The funny thing is that Palmsiano claims he shot the dude in part because he was a child molester or something like that. I wonder how he would feel about defending tom considering he is a child molester, too.

I was out looking for usable stuff people toss on the curb to resell on Ebay. I noticed a very old Zenith television, like early 1960's old. I started to remove some vacuum tubes, then I smelled something, like skank weed and ass.

I faked a smile and said, "Aren't you Tommi Jayne? The world famous indie artist/activist?"

He said "Yes", then invited me to something called a "rainbow gathering".

He seemed nice enough, and I was pretty drunk, so I said "Sure!".

We had to take my car because this world famous indie/artist activist did not have his own transportation.

But anyway, we got to the "rainbow gathering" deal and all I saw was a bunch of people with ratty hair who did not have the best aroma.

I stuck around because most seemed like decent people, but the Tommi Jayne went batshit after
someone misgendered him.

As I walked back to my car, he was yelling like a maniac about "the hoffman gang", "winski", and someone called "sneasle".
