While on his regularly scheduled 30 minute urine collection bag and catheter replacement pee break he has lost over 150 viewers, or 27% of his viewers. I noticed he lost a ton yesterday too. If he were smart he'd quit doing this.

Yeah just tried to check out the stream for a second. Phil was off doing god knows what and his mod Bethemadman was telling everyone about getting beat up constantly in high school. Wonder how many of these hardcore Phil fans were bullied and drawn to Dsp because of his many claims of people attacking him. All well, Phil is 6 feet tall he can fight the bullies.

So for others who might have missed this. Recently, BSV false flagged my twitch.tv channel. I appealed it and it was approved within 24 hours. I have filed a counter-claim and asked for a range ban on BSV for his antics. I gave them information on his Nazi sympathetic remarks & info from his thread here. Twitch staff are still making a decision and will get back to me but they seem to agree a IP range Ban might be the route they take as they seemed very interested in the Nazi statements hes made.

Why is this important to DSP? Well, if/when BSV gets a IP range ban from the site that means 3 things immediately will occur for Phil.

1. No more massive cheers, bits, Donations through his channel. He will lose a large chunk of revenue he's use to getting from BSV

2. No top staff anymore, allowing the chat to become alittle less totalitarian with him gone

3. DSP will have to find a new cash cow to help him out, something he can't do without BSV

BSV will only be able to pledge and donate to a specific account if possible. No more twitch money though.

Info here

The thing is, you made him aware that there's a process going. I would have done it and not told him and watched to see the fallout as he bitched he got banned from Twitch. I would have been glorious.

He is going to be soooo salty if the goal is not reached, probably passive-agressively bitching to his remaining viewers about how they missed out on the great Halloween spectacle.

Saw this too. About a minute earlier a guy defended Kim Jong Un and North Korea so we know he is right at home in Phil's chat.

His play through is awful. Phil and strategy do not mix well. People said he was bored so now every time he kills an enemy he goes over the top with his fake excitement throwing his hands in the air and shouting. If we see him do this stuff in 10 years it may be too embarrassing to watch.

So what are the odds that in three days DSPs crucified patreon will rise from the dead? I really hope none of his usual supporters are giving him money.

I would say there's a high chance BSV just bails him out like he always does. That dumbass donates $200 to Phil casually during streams for absolutely nothing, so I could definitely see him doing it to save his master the humiliation of missing the goal for the first time in however many months.

There is 3 scenarios every month

1) He fails but he say on stream that he actually hit the goal but patreon is being stupid and doesn't reflect it on the website
2) Vidar is going to mug someone to hit the goal
3) He is going to pledge to himself just to avoid people making fun of him

I think I lost a few brain cells listening to DSP talk about terms of service. Some gems:
  • If I have you sign a contract saying I can kill you, I'll still have to go to trial for murder (because he doesn't understand the difference between civil and criminal law)
  • Such a contract is evidence of pre-meditation dood (implying a contract saying YouTube can do whatever they want is tantamount to evidence of criminal intent)
  • Contracts like that aren't worth anything because they aren't legally enforceable until they go to court (no shit, that's why you have a contract- so you can get it enforced if i's broken... does he think it's some kind of gentleman's agreement?)
Also mind blowing lack of self awareness as he talks about how unfair it is that YouTube can do whatever they want to their users and users can't demand they be more transparent, provide information on why users are getting punished for things, and allow users to contest punishments that are dished out. Amazing that he doesn't understand he treats every social media platform he uses like his own little North Korea.
