You clearly didn't read it, then. I understand that this document is kinda dry and lacks pretty pictures, so I'll copy some excerpts from it for you. Sure, it didn't flatout state "We want to murder the entire Jewish race", but it becomes clear if you read between the lines.
He talks about forced emigration of the Jews for a while, but then he says this. Long story short, forced emigration was getting impractical and they needed another solution. A "final solution", even?
Here, he goes on to say that those measures were only provisional, meaning forced emigration was never intended to be
the final solution.

On a personal note, I want to point out the cold and businesslike way the Nazis discussed destroying marriages and splitting up families. Screw moral relativism; they were monsters, plain and simple. Humanity is much better off with their regime gone.
