White was originally a term for Protestant Anglo-Saxons; even Catholic Anglo-Saxons were viewed with contempt. If you go back far enough, anyone other than (non-Irish, non-Welsh, not-Scottish) British and mayyyyyybe the French were considered non-white. So many groups have been added to it subsequently that the term is utterly fucking meaningless now, especially when you try to talk about "white culture" since "white people"is now such a broad group that comes from so many diametrically opposed cultures that it, again, renders the term meaningless. French, German, English, Russian, Italian, Greek, Norwegian cultures are all completely different to the point that lumping them together as one overarching "white culture" is dumb as fuck and ultimately disrespectful to the constituent cultures.

Edit to clarify: If a white person wants to celebrate "white culture", and they mean either American culture or their roots to a specific Euro culture, I have no problem with it. Those are all nationalities and nationalities have cultures associated with them but acting like "white culture" is some homogenous thing is retarded, as I mentioned.
