I missed the perfect screenshot, but there was a moment when he looked at screen with both of these as the only games and the look on his face was nothing short of priceless:

The chat are discussing the definition of BBC.

I grabbed these two screens while he was playing.

@r00 it is not your role to tell people the value of their content.

Since you cannot manage to take part in this discussion without explaining to people that you don't like what they like I have removed your privilege to respond to this thread so you can find another thread you may like.
You are very much appreciated, good sir.

His excuse for tossing leanna's plants in the trash was "i dont have time". But he has to water his house plants every day so it would be part of that. I think he just genuinly doesn't like going outside so he doesn't want to have to go on back porch and water her plants.

That and he's a bitter little bitch who still hasn't dealt with all the emotions over Leanna dumping him. It's fitting though -- him destroying the garden that no doubt signifies his relationship with her, just like he's destroyed every other relationship in his life. Poetic, and all that shit.

Also, to the surprise of few, he's still as retarded now as he was during that Bully playthrough:

Anyone else I'd give the benefit of the doubt, like they misspoke or something. Phil doesn't get that benefit.

I feel like the older he gets the more cringey he becomes. The older let's players in their 30s and 40s really need a side kick to buffer the fact they are playing sonic and shit. DSP by himself is just so awkward.

I don't even think you need a sidekick as long as you have the personality to connect with your viewer base. There are some who are still doing the whole streamer gig in their thirties, but the age isn't as obvious because they still have fun doing it. Part of what makes Phil seem so out of place with his "work" is that he just seems so old and bitter about the whole thing. He could benefit from having a second person to counteract his generally sour attitude toward his life, but the last person who could stand being around him for any extended period of time dropped his ass like a bad habit months ago.

I dont know why it never struck me about Phil sooner but there's something seriously awkward about his delivery of his ebegging. He says things like "give me X bits or dollars and you'll get a verbal recognition and a visual recognition". WHO SAYS THAT? I mean most people on Twitch who do have the visual notifications of tips and bits and subs dont have a very scripted sounding segment of their streams where they say things that sound like they're pulled straight from Twitch's streamers guide for "how to get more money" Most just have the popups and do the shoutouts without having a segment devoted to "hey you'll get recognition for your tips, so tip me please!"

I mean it just really struck me as particularly awkward of him and I was wondering if in some guide somewhere (from Twitch or that program he uses for the popups) that it says something really close to what he's shilling.

I don't pay attention to a ton of streamers, but none of the ones I do pay attention to verbally advertise the ways I can give them money. The might have the thing in their channel description or on screen, but nobody has (as DSP would put it) "a spoken plug."

He's spent so much time isolated in Casa de Cahmahn that he's forgetting how normal people speak.

The way he interacts with his fans is what baffles me. He literally does not interact 90% of the time. He lets the chat run wild and the mods put out the fires. When he gets a cheer, sub, tip, whatever, he will read the screen with no emotion "so-and-so just did a 50 bit cheer and said..." and then go right back to playing because it's just words to him he doesn't care to think about what the message was unless its funny, offensive, is a question, or deals with him directlt. I've never seen him genuinely talk with his fans about anything fun. And I'm talking a back and forth conversation that doesn't end in him insulting the person. At this point his streams are just a live chatroom for his fans: a safespace they can come to everyday and talk with the same regulars. Oh and this sweaty guy plays games terribly too wow dood!

He treats it like a business transaction, which technically it is, but no other streamer is so straight and cold about it. You give him x dollars and you get your message on the screen and read by Phil, it means nothing and he owes you nothing after the transaction has been concluded. Some streamers like their fans and actually want to answer their questions or read their comments and even their complaints. Phil wants money and he will offer the bare minimum required to get some from his viewers.

He forgot to mention how CS is also just a niche fad.

It's moments like that where you actually are tempted to believe Phil when he says that he "never" watches other streamers or Youtubers. That's either a bad bait attempt or he's actually so disconnected he never checks out the Twitch homepage and hasn't looked at League since the '09 beta.
