I just finished reading the entire thread and my god ,fucking lol.
They proved Phil rigth when he says his detractors are mentally ill,if you have hundreds of videos of Phil (many of them more than an hour long) then there is something wrong with you. I think that BSV brought this up in a debate with Fred on the SOK podcast where he said something along the lines "you have one hundred 3 hour videos of Phil,you are obsessed" and I remember thinking to myself "he has a point".
I watched some of the SOK videos but only the most recent ones when something important happens,like Leanna leaving of Phil getting fired by machinima. The Nietzsche quote fits perfectly ,they became lolcows. Im not surprised too much by this behaviour,you have to be autistic to form a group around a lolcow and record yourself once a week for three hours at a time talking about him.
Also they are paranoid and spy on each other over what? over fucking what? they are a group of nobodys obsessing over a lolcow on the internet,who cares if someone else makes money of dsp. What kind of exceptional individual do you have to be to obsess about Phil to the point you have your own discord server to talk about Phil,a twitter account that covers Phil,a group of people that talks about Phil and a weekly podcast about Phil? As said before Phil was rigth when he called them mentally ill,the spying on each other,backstabbing,etc. proves it.
I want to make the point one last time that you have to be a sperg to spy on people and create all this drama over a channel that should only revolve about laughing at Phil,im a DSP detractor,but this is ridiculous. Fred sees himself as a leader of something but that something is completly irrelevant,as someone said a few pages back,its like people taking themselves seriously in a guild in a MMORPG.
