This almost reads like a satire of bad fanfics.

Sometimes, "I have criticism for you" actually means "I want you to twist your creation until it suits my tastes". Kizana will have whatever personality I want her to have, and whoever doesn't like it just has to deal with it. At this point in time, I'm not going to announce my plans.

The delinquents are rebellious, tough, rule-breaking teenagers who have flocked together and aggressively reject others who aren't as edgy as them and hurl insults at those who pass by. And Osoro herself, the boss and leader of this group, is shown to have a heart.

Alex clearly states that they have problems that drove them to this, and even throws out ideas for the Yakuza.

Usually, there's some deep-seated issue in a teen that drives them to act out that way, and it can be hard to see at times if they close themselves off and become more tough and cold-hearted over it.
Some of them don't ever grow out of it even if people tried to help them, and live a toxic life, and even when helped they don't instantly turn into regular people and suddenly become an entirely new person. It is in steps.

And Alex plans for the player to run through and heal/cure/fix these issues in one day? Not only for one of them, but all of them? Is Ayano some kind of master therapist for troubled asshole kids?

Well Ayano is pretty much an "evil" Mary Sue at this point, so why not add pseudo-therapist and mental health worker into the mix?

It's clear that Alex knows next to nothing about the things he puts into the game. It's best to just go with the flow and see what other things he tries to force into his buggy, unfinished mess?
