How would that have happened?

It crossed my mind. The hospital story was like 3/4 months ago? Leanna had a break down b.c she was pregnant. Knew Phil didn't want kids, and broke up with him.

Unless you're just making a "did Phil smash Leanna" joke, but I'd feel retarded regardless b.c I'm up late on a Monday trying to figure out what the hell Phil is talking about in a 30 minute begging vlog.

But he keeps making those Review style videos of his life. They get kinda stale after one or two because he always gives a bad rating in them without being 100% honest.

His arguments why his life sucks in those reviews are like self imposed and not life's fault.

Some theories already floating around. The leak of DSP enterprises ratted him out to the IRS and he owes them money. In the video he says, "I'm not a business" very matter of fact.

Would not surprise me if some of those speculations have a bit of truth to them. Phil does not change unless it is a direct threat to making money or keeping his easy lifestyle. For him to now suddenly start saying what he does isn't a business means that something is up.

He tried to wrap it up nicely but sounds like he's losing his house. Kinda hard to have sympathy for someone who makes 5k-10k a month. Like bro, just rent an apartment.

Or, you know...move back into the one he already owns.

1. Compared his life to the bible.
2. Talked about going into depression.
3. Admitted to gaining weight.
4. Cried about Leanna leaving him.
5. Claimed he's close to losing his house.

He's as desperate as ever now. It's actually quite sad. He's on the verge of a mental breakdown.

Also, without any evidence from him you have to take what he said with a grain of salt. He did come off as sincere to me but who knows for sure.

Not even a grain of salt -- nothing he says can be believed unless there is incontrovertible proof of what he's claiming.

One is laughable, Two is patently obvious when you just look at him and the state of his life, Three is also obvious (but he's not gonna do anything to reduce that weight) and Four is just confirmation of what we've been saying ever since she left -- that it did bother him, contrary to the blase nonchalant facade he was trying to put up.

1. For whatever reason the IRS wants like 3k or some shit. TO DSP this means he's losing his house cause he's a financial moron. This happened to my friend. The IRS claimed 2k was owed like out of the blue.

2. Leanna's family feels she is entitled to some money from him. Although he did state he wasn't being sued.

the IRS would use snail mail, no? assuming he's being truthful about when he got the news, i don't think 1 is very likely.

leanna might be involved informally by blackmailing him or something, if he's not being sued.

the house might be the missing piece. does he have to refinance? i eagerly await!

If phil did admit that what he does is not a business then he is 100% scamming the government in the past he has said on camera that he writes certain things off as business expenses, the IRS will find out eventually and if they don't know at the moment its only a matter of time before some sociopath(!) forwards them this info and then they'll come down on him like a ton of bricks.

Dollars to donuts he's getting audited. It makes the most sense since he just submitted his taxes. From everything I've read he does actually do his taxes probably and on time, it probably comes down to the IRS deciding whether his business uses are legit.

The whole DSP Enterprises angle is a non-starter, I discussed a lot of reasons for it many pages ago. He doesn't have a shell company.

Reading between the lines it has nothing to do with Leanna or his health.

A lot of people seem to have just looked at the title of his video and not actually watched it and assumed that he's just outright begging for money. He does mention money and how winning the lottery would help a lot, but he also surprisingly actually says his fans have done enough already, and that the thing he's asking for more than anything is moral support and for people to be nice for once.

So it's not a typical begging video by any means.

He makes a very important distinction about how these problems (which are heavily implied to be financially related) are beyond the ability of patreon/subs/bits/cheers to fix.

I have a relative that committed suicide a couple days ago so that part of the video really struck me. To use depression as a tool to raise pitybux & sympathy is REALLY fucking low, even for Phil.

i did send the info to the irs almost 6 month ago. i also posted under every of snortburnells videos, that other people should do the same (+all the info they need). if you want to do the same here is the form https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f3949a.pdf

he writes everything off. he said in a video he writes of the ink for the printer because he prints 1 page for atk once a month. in another video he said he writes of gas because he has to drive to gamestop. he probably writes off all electricity and also writes of his ejaculatorium(office). maybe he thought he could write of his new car and the irs got "interested" in philbert and his "business".
i always knew a scumbag like phil would try to scam the irs. the problem is, the irs =/= his "fans", and he will get fucked sooner or later.

I'm not very familiar with audits but he seems to be fairly responsible when it comes to paying his taxes. He pays quarterly, uses a CPA, etc. Why would he be so worried? I mean, if all his taxes were done by an accountant wouldn't he think he'd be okay? Some who knows more about this stuff please provide some idle speculation.
