Im sure he would argue that he thinks they should. I remember him saying a while back that he wants to set a legal precedent (thus, giving him fame) that says celebrities have to be held accountable for mental pain they inflict on their fans. This also applies to his challenges to the Utah constitution on brothels (which I'm betting he will loose).

Is there a cap on how many followers people can have? I tried to follow him but it doesn't work

could he have you blocked? Also, he deactivates is profile when he's away so that people cant make comments he isnt able to delete while he's not paying attention.

Which brings me to another point. He tries so hard to remove any negative comments that he gets from people, while at the same time complaining that nobody supports him. Well no duh nobody supports you! It's so funny that sometimes his facebook messages are directly replies to comments on this site. He can't even stay away and ignore the people that openly disagree with him. He is so stuck on having control over every little aspect of what people say about him that its TOO easy to bait him into saying stupid things. He will not let anything go. And whats great about this site is that it provides an outlet to genuinely and openly criticize him in a medium that he has no control over. I bet it KILLS him reading these comments knowing he can't do a damn thing about it, except threaten people with legal action in which he has no basis in taking. His fake cease and desist order which im sure he pulled off of the internet and copied and pasted in his own nouns. He has absolutely no intention of doing anything. It's all about control with him.

I think most of what Russell does is an attempt to desperately gain back control. His life is in absolute shambles because of his actions, but his ego won't let him ever take responsibility for it. It's basically him shouting, "ITS NOT FAIR MY LIFE STILL SUCKS!! It's Taylor Swift's fault! And her agent's fault! And the production company's fault! And Ariana Grande's fault! And the fake judges' fault! And a mean hooker's fault! And the whole world's fault! Everyone but me!" So he never learns or changes, and faces worse and worse consequences as time goes on, and becomes more hysterical and unstable with every setback. I'm no Narcissism Expert, but I've known a couple and see the same cycle of failure/rage in Russell. At some point he'll have burned all his bridges and alienated everyone on this planet who actually cared about him, and when he's really run out of options I'm worried about those around him.

This is good info. How long do we honestly think he can continue to attempt to harass and control celebrities in an attempt to get famous by suing celebrities? At a certain point, won't a judge just say he has a pattern of suing every celebrity he comes into contact with, and simply deny to even hear his case? It's very clear that Russell is playing the victim in order to gain fame of some kind, and possibly to be able to say he went on a date with Taylor Swift/Katy Perry/Farrah Abraham? Not to mention that Russell at some point needs to accept that these girls he wants to be with are never, ever going to even consider giving him the time of day. If he ever wants to not be lonely or die alone so to speak, he needs to adjust his expectations. Who is going to be there for him when he runs out of money? It's very clear based on his posts over the last few days, he thinks he can just continue to pay for pleasure and he has totally given up on trying to find a relationship based on mutual affection. I think this relates to his control issues. It's very hard for him to deal with rejection at which point he ends up suing these people to try and control them (he thinks they have to show up in the court room at the court date, attempting to tempt them into going into a date with him in exchange for him dropping the suit, etc.) however we also know that he never has enough of a case for it to actually go anywhere.

My point is, when is the legal system going to finally decide that Russell is using it for his own personal gain (he's not very good at it, btw). I also hope that once he chooses his next target (Katy Perry, for example) that someone is decent enough to reach out and at least try to warn them. I know that if it was me, and I was a big famous female celebrity, and I knew about his antics, I would never allow him within arms reach of me. I would never sell him a VIP ticket. What kind of mental illness do you have to have to think its OK to threaten people with legal action for not being attracted to you and doing absolutely everything you can to make them suffer for it? Claiming to have had your heart broken because Ariana Grande didnt rest her arm on your shoulder in just the right way, or getting your dreams crushed because Farrah Abaraham liked your twitter post and then didnt go on a date with you, or comparing your emotional pain to being brutally beaten by Taylor Swifts manager because he didnt pass on a song you wrote. Nobody asked you to write them a song. Yes, Taylor does nice things for her fans (I doubt he even liked her music before last year) who organically do nice things for her. But guess what? Life's not fair. I bet there are many more stories of people not getting anything in return for the effort they put into making things for artists than their are stories of people actually getting to interact with their favorite celebrities. Those people don't sue them because their motivations aren't selfish like Russell's.

Out of all the money he has spent on suing celebrities and writing songs, making videos, he could have easily purchased a house or a college degree and just moved the hell on with his life.

/Rant over
I had posted a while back the legal requirements for someone to be considered a vexatious litigant and banned from being able to file new suits without review. He hasn't met his quota yet.

Also he is a speck on the radar for a normal human and non existent for celebrities (even those who he has sued) so there's no way to ban him from buying tickets to a show. The only way to stop him from getting into a Katy Perry concert is if Taylor Swift A. knew Russ was alive, B. Knew he's a nutbag and C. Didn't hate Katy Perry and actually warned her herself :D xD

To be considered a vexatious litigant in Utah you need to file at least 5 claims in 7 years that have been determined against you and not have at least 2 claims in that same period decided for you.

Here's Russ' count:

Lawsuit against hooker he ran the clock on - lost & counterclaim against Russ granted

Lawsuit against Taylor Swift - dismissed with prejudice

Lawsuit against Ariana Grande - dismissed with prejudice & counterclaim against Russ granted

That's 0 for 3. If you count the Farrah Abraham lawsuit he filed and rescinded it's 0 for 4.

He's 1-2 frivolous lawsuits away from being classified a vexatious litigant in Utah. In such a case he'd be barred from filing any further pro se claims and would need to provide security for the other party in any such claims.

In other words he would need to be represented by a real lawyer and he would need to give the court a security deposit to pay the defendant's legal fees should the claim be yet another baseless suit.

The court can take additional measures it sees fit and its latitude to do so under Utah law appears to be significantly broad ("take any action reasonably necessary to curb the vexatious litigant's abusive conduct")

A vexatious litigant can be held in contempt of court if they continue to conduct themselves in a manner the court finds abusive.

How easy would it be for Russ to buy something like a rifle or a shotgun in Utah? He doesn't necessarily have a criminal record that we know of, but is there anything in the way (bar money) that could prevent him from doing so?

What I want to know is how is he paying for everything? Hookers and lawsuits cost a lot of money. Is he in debt or is he just eating ramen every day? Both?

Neither cost a lot of money if you know the hustles.

But he does appear to save most of his extra income up throughout the year for a trip to see an escort.

Well, Katy Perry and Taylor Swift very openly hate one another, so I wouldn't count on the lolsuit train making any stops before this concert.

HMMMMMMMM

Really makes you think?

Representatives for Taylor Swift have rejected a copyright infringement lawsuit filed on Tuesday by two songwriters over Swift's hit song Shake It Off as a "ridiculous claim".
Songwriters Sean Hall and Nathan Butler said in a lawsuit filed in US federal court in Los Angeles that Swift's song used the phrase "players, they gonna play, and haters, they gonna hate" that they had coined for a 2001 song Playas Gon' Play by R&B girl group 3LW.

I've been wondering that, too. My guess is he gets disability payments in addition to whatever he earns.

But still with the hookers, court fees, comic book illustrator, audiobook reader, and (lol) video game developer, it seems like he's outspending himself.

He has no other hobbies to spend money on. He subsists off of Costco muffins and doesn't appear to have purchased a single new article of clothing in years. His rent is probably about a third of his income which leaves him a good thousand dollars a month for muffins, Walmart flowers, lolsuits, and paying people on fiver.

The book will go viral with all these celebs promoting it.
