Until the authorities are notified then nothing will be done. Of course letting child porn videos up and logging the ip address or otherwise tracing then hacking into the child porn viewers computer is something the authorities have been known to do.

I doubt they'd go that far on surface. What you're talking about is what they do with bitcurrency. they offer a video on darknet that you buy into, thereby showing evidence that you meant to do it. On surface there's too much chance that you just stumble in without knowing what you're looking at.

This sounds entirely fucking autistic but I don't really know how to explain it any better.

Not for porn. Anything in interstate commerce is governed by federal law, which is very unambiguous that the minimum age is 18 and, more recently, that producers have to keep thorough records proving all their actors are 18 or over.

I.e. it could be entirely legal to fuck someone under state law, while porn of it would be CP under federal law if even remotely connected to interstate commerce. Sending it through the U.S. Mail or Internet or otherwise across state lines would qualify.

there was a court case in 1994 about this with a guy who shipped her movie but assumed she was legal age.

Since then, additional requirements have been added, like the record-keeping regulations, which make it a lot more difficult for producers of pornography to claim they didn't know the material was illegal, since they're required to keep records of it and proof of age on file.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but SpergMagnet was originally one of Ross's 'friends' that Ross claimed to have backstabbed him. I'm all for laughing at Ross, but jesus christ SpergMagnet, you just had to make it obvious that were you Ross's 'friend' for a reason. I'm beginning to think that the entire reason ALL this Ross drama exists is because of some stupid fucking beef between the two of you, or his group of other friends in general. To that end, I think you won, but you didn't stop there and now I see you have your own thread too. If you can dish it out, you should be able to take it too.

We know that it is because his mother committed suicide in a tub when he was 12 if we believe the banter that went on towards the end of the "Neil is Sperging at Discord" stream. Pay attention to the man with the accent after Neil abandoned the stream. His father was both an abusive parent and spouse too.

ED: The banter was around the 2hr 20min mark. How did Ross's mother commit suicide is not certain. Some suggested she did in front of Ross, some say in the bathtub, some say when Ross was younger than 12, some say when Ross was 12.

Not sure on which side his grandmother is on. Perhaps his online acquaintances can help.
