Literally everyone is at fault here: Jan for baiting for attention and kiwis for giving him that attention. Just let this thread die. Dude's never going to explain why pretending to be a pedo is somehow stress-relieving behavior.
 
When he got a temp ban last time, he went back to yahoo answers and made more insane posts so he could jack off to his own guilt (if I remember correctly). Banning him here will hopefully get him producing his meagre content again.

That being said, I'm a firm believer in the idea that it can be a good thing to have a couple threads where people can go hog wild with a lolcow, shitposting, alogging, and "notice me sempai" to their heart's content. Jan is a perfect candidate for such an endeavor. He's certainly an idiot, really a lolcow, but doesn't have much content or value for anything else.

For example, the Brad Watson thread is more than a thousand pages long, filled with the same exact conversations being repeated over and over again by different people. People just walk up to Brad and bang their head against the wall for 5 or 6 posts, then go about their business elsewhere, having completely extirpated their shitposting urges for the day.

I wouldn't mind this being a throwaway practice thread, but it's not my call to make. Chances are Janjan will get a ban and this thread will fizzle out as people stop looking for his insane, mastubatory Yahoo Answers posts. But I think it would be nice to keep him around so people can get some practice interacting with intractable retards, or just take a huge shitpost dump on his mouth.

Who knows, he might even start doing interesting stuff again, given enough time.

Thoughts?
