Alright, first post here on the farms. I've been digging into this guy and doing a lot more reading for the past few days, just trying to figure out what the fuck is going on, here's what I can say pretty definitively

1. The medications he's taking? Those aren't for cancer. One of them is a transplant immunosurpressant, the other two are antibiotics.
2. He claimed that he got a liver transplant because the lymphoma spread to his liver, but I believe at some point he also claimed said guy backed out of the transplant
3. He further claims that his cancer then spread to the transplanted liver he got, and that is why he's on the transplant immunosurpressant
4. He claimed to also be on Prednisone, yet none of the bottles he's shown are a prednisone prescription. Which is super strange. You think the one drug he's talked about that would actually treat his so-called lymphoma would be the one he shows to people, yet he shows them drugs for various other things
5. Apparently people tried to do some digging on the doctors on his prescriptions, according to them neither is an oncologist. Don't know how reliable this part is.

Combine this with the dd214 literally not being in existence when it should be, as well as lying to people about being a journalist and working for publications when he was a freelancer, and you start to get the picture

This guy's lies are so deep he can't even keep them straight, I'd say he's a pathological liar or something else equally insane.

There's also apparently the fact that his friend, otakostudios claimed his old twitter account was given to him, but later Chris has contradicted this by saying he sold it to them, because obviously he needed money. Because Chris's life is apparently dominated by his intense need for cash.

He's also dramafagging it up by claiming his wife is bringing him a DNR and stuff like that.

All in all, worth watching further

I highly doubt he is telling the truth about any of this just based on his "proof" with pics of his meds. If he was a transplant recipient he would literally have a fucking cocktail of pills he'd have to take daily. My dad got a kidney transplant back in 2003 and he has so many steroids, blood thinners, anti-rejection and other meds that he needs those pillbox organizers just to keep all his meds in order and has to pre-fill each one in advance just to keep track of everything he has to take.

This dude is definitely either lying or not showing the rest of his medications for whatever reason. He should have FAR more medications than what he's shown just for the supposed transplant itself not factoring in the cancer treatment as well.

I know this, because if he was on Prednisone, as he claims, he wouldn't have been tired. He would have been -manic-.

I've been on the stuff for like 5 days once and it was insane, i couldn't stop twitching, I was always fucking starving.

You also don't take Prednisone for more than 7 days so you don't develop a dependency on the stuff.

Basically, Chris is talking 200% out of his ass, and acting how somebody thinks someone all drugged up would act, in complete error

He most likely sobbers up for interviews. When someone with cancer is interviewed they are rarely drugged up during the interview because that would ruin the interview. My interruption of his behaviour during the interview is that he is pretending to be frail not pretending to be drugged. He wouldn't keep ordering new ones if he wasn't taking them.

Misaki did something childish, stupid, and wrong. I think most people in Samurai Buyer realized this after what happened. But what Chris L. King did was sick, disturbing, and if him faking cancer turns out to be true, which it's looking like, he's downright sociopathic. This is at a whole other level than the Samurai Buyer thing, where more or less the worst Misaki did was stuff loot boxes with broken toys.

Well of course, i'm not trying to imply because you had an issue with samurai buyer in the past somehow what Chris is doing is okay, I was simply wondering about the current relationship or if you've made amends with each-other.

He said he would do the story, then he asked me to share his GoFundMe in return. He kept putting off doing the story for Kotaku, and he kept asking me to share his GoFundMe. A conversation between him and a Samurai Buyer employee was leaked where he was trying to get on their good side by insulting me, mocking my comics, saying he would get me blacklisted in the industry with his "high up" contacts, and that I'll be surprised when the article is actually a hit piece on me.

This, along with the fact that many of the things he had told me turned out to be lies, his ex co-workers said they weren't sure if he had cancer or not, he would constantly claim to be friends with people that don't exist, made me skeptical and I confronted him about it. He got angry about that, and him along with TopDiaperCrinkler/90sSandcastle and a guy named CroeyStoey decided to vandalize my Discord using CroeyStoey's admin powers. They banned everyone, ruined everything, and that's when the harassment started.

I contacted him asking him to stop, after it had already been months. They had made a subreddit dedicated to posting pictures from my private facebook. He had gotten my full name and address from Misaki (samurai buyer) by pretending to be a lawyer saying he'll help them if they give him $1000.

After that they spent 6 months fucking with me, and the last 2 months Chris decided to make me pay him money to make the harassment and spam emails to my publishers stop.

I was simply wondering about the current relationship or if you've made amends with each-other.

This dude is scamming for opiates. 100%. If he's popping prescription pills, they're Oxys. "Lumbar stenosis", "bulge of lumbar disc", "lumbar radiculitis" are all back pain diagnoses and back pain is the #1 complaint of opiate seekers who haven't graduated to street drugs. The lying, scamming, and swiping a relative's pills are completely within character for someone dependent on opiates.

Misaki (who owns Samurai Buyer) is a wacky Jap businessman who got famous from his messages in very broken English which were often risque/"racist" to famous youtubers. iDubbz made him a big deal by using him as a running gag in a series of unboxing videos and other tubers who wanted to cash in on his idea did the same thing. Misaki later fucked over some people by shipping shitty stuff and generally being a bit scummy, causing a minor scandal.

Edit for more context: Samurai Buyer is a company that ships eccentric Japanese toys and anime shit to people in "loot boxes" or whatever so they can unbox them on YouTube. It's a low quality Jap Loot Crate essentially.
