I'm tempted to believe that Phil donated to his own Patreon in an attempt to garner more last minute donations. That 250 will go away immediately on the 1st. He'll claim that's someone wanting to do a one time donation who really wanted to see the halloween event. Noone wants to see Phil in a costume that much. With all of his tips and bits lately, I can totally envision Phil seeding his own Patreon with his tips in order to make people think he's getting more.
My reason for believing this is he didnt seem so worried about the Patreon this month. No begging videos saying "muh paymetons!" No constant "I'm being real with you, I need that money for muh bills!" And a strange "you have 4 days left to donate, and it can be done! One person can come through huge!" Last month he was in a total panic over not hitting the goal at a week out, and 4 days out he's completely chill over it? I dont buy it. He donated to himself knowing he couldnt get over the 860.
Very true. This is the same guy that went nuts when he was $100 short, but he hasn't whined about it once? Kinda wish the patrons would chat with each other a little, then when they figure out who's the money sock so they can really twist his wrist. The forums are already worried he's going to drop live on stream, having a moment where they really show 'power to the Patrons' isn't too much of a stretch, right?

As much as I'd love to see Phil's twitter suspended, he's technically not breaking their TOS. He's salty, yes. He insults people, yes. But he's just calling people morons/idiots. He's not calling them anything racist, or posting in response to someone's original tweet and he's not posting peoples' dox. Its unfortunate but while he's being a jerk, he's not doing anything against the TOS. I wouldnt want to think that even detractors are along the lines of some people on twitter reporting people just because you dont happen to like them
DSP rarely deletes tweets beyond typos, which is why I almost never used archive links & just screencapped them. However there was one case in early September, about a week after DSP was all hyped over getting verified on Twitter (DSP's vlog on August 28th, about a month prior Twitter had opened up a public process as opposed to just 'we'll come to you') he deleted these two tweets, first of which calling someone a retard.

Phil's Patreon jumped to $1,103 thanks to ONE person. That is over $200 for a pledge that gets you nothing over $50. Last I saw was something like $870. What is there to say...
From what I can tell, the Patreon boost was around or before 21:30 PDT, in the last half hour/hour of the Mario+Rabbids stream. What's amusing is DSP cried in a stream outro ~21:55 PDT that it was a 'slow day' for Twitch income... it was and he obviously hadn't checked Patreon, but that's still pitiful. Stream outro begins at 0:42, DSP whining about slow day within 10 seconds, gets a pity $10.05 cheer after this. I can't figure out how to embed a locally uploaded audio file.
These fighting game sets with a known person like VFM or Bryan Tigerpowered always do poorly - DSP is calm since he's on voice with a "friend", they even occasionally throw games by trying weaker characters/characters they don't know well yet.
DSP did tweet that he was going to play ranked online after his break, but that apparently didn't help viewership. None of the visible tips were during ranked play.
He started the month with $900.67 at 12:00 AM Patreon's time on September 1st which is when they start charging cards.
He lost $111.84 during the next 24 hours which were very likely declined pledges but could have also been successfully charged pledges who decided not to pledge from then on
He gained $386.48 from 12:00 AM on September 1st to 11:15 PM on September 26th (It's possible $74.58 of that was people fixing their declined cards so they could be charged before the last attempt Patreon makes on the 5th of the month. $311.90 of that happened after 12:00 AM on September 6th which means they were new or increased pledges and he will not get the money until October 5th.)
This means he will get at least $1212.57 shown as a total. Because he has pay up front enabled new and increased pledges are charged immediately and then he gets the money on the 5th of the next month. There are only 3 ways he will not meet the goal:
Declined cards that are not fixed by the end of the day on October 5th make up over $87.57
People who did not increase their pledges this month and simply left them alone decrease them by a combined amount of $87.50
People who increased their pledges this month decrease them by a combined amount of $87.50 PLUS whatever they increased them by.*
The first three combined make up over $87.50
Interesting note: Since he only has two people who are pledging over $50 that means the $250 was one of them. (I said this but do any of us really doubt who increased their pledge by $230? Ehehehe how you say ehhhh...)
* So if someone was pledged for $5 already from months previously and left it recurring, then increased it to $10, then dropped it to $5 again before the end of the day September 30th DSP still gets $15 October 5th. if someone was pledged for $5 already from months previously and left it recurring, then increased it to $10, then dropped it to $0 before the end of the day September 30th DSP only gets $10 October 5th.
Autistm. All of the fucking autism that was ever made.
Thanks for the info, with DSP going against Patreon logic of counting instant charges for the NEXT month's goal (he is supposed to give current perks ASAP & it doesn't count towards the next goal) he's easily hit the goal now. Can you confirm this boost happened around 21:30 PDT?
BSV was not around for the M+R 2nd stream according to my chatlogs, he disconnected ~20 minutes after MvCI. Could have been watching anonymously, but I doubt he was responsible for the Patreon pledge.
My understanding is you can pledge with no perk level at all on Patreon, so someone can just pledge say $100 and pick no perk level at all, so not getting the $50 Q&A video or anything else.
DSP is back eating frozen TV dinners. Someone looked up the nutrition of the Hungry man he bought and it is terrible for you. Since Leanna left he went from eating okay to shoving the cheapest possible frozen dinners down his throat. It looks like it would be healthy but it is processed to hell.
DSP actually bothered to talk about his TV dinner during Mario+Rabbids prestream. WARNING IT STARTS ON CRINGE. 0:58 he starts talking about it, 01:38 DSP notes the nutritional info "it wasn't like horrible", merely 25-50% of his RDA for salt etc. Also claims he got some "personal stuff done" in the 40 minutes he 'cooked' it (DSP does cook them in the oven rather than microwave, which would produce slightly better results). Stops discussing the TV dinner by 02:35. Late on in the prestream DSP is confused by what a split pulse, lentil or legume are.

No way his ego allows him to miss 2 goals in a row. I wouldn't be surprised he has a few sock accounts, maybe one for every credit card he has, for when things don't look good on patreon..

There was no way him or BSV were gonna let that Halloween goal slip by, again. Phil needs to perform all the, PewDiePie-ish antics he can to try and remain even the slightest bit relevant on Twitch and not just become, "that insane old man who get's triggered by videogames". The second he announced he was redoing the Halloween goal, cause soooo many people were "begging him for it", it was GOING to happen. Another reason he needs the Halloween stream is to stave off his depression. Halloween this year might have been just another boring, lonely, sad-ass day in his life just like any other.
Now all he needs to do is go to his local Spirit Halloween/Dollar Tree and check the bargain bin to make the cheap ass costume list, to vote on. Which he'll probably just wear what he wants to anyway.
He's complaining that some "money hungry" people got advanced keys for cuphead and are playing it on twitch even though they're not supposed to and they're not "true gamers"
Looks like twitch interface changed and you can see when people are banned. The earlier chat log is filled to the brim with people getting banned/timeouts. Lots of people getting banned.
Saying during his time off he's not going to be streaming and hoping to get "physically better". Whatever that means.
Hoping to clean his house
His snort / "post nasal drip" is off the planet today. He is doing deep snorts every minute or two.
"will allow me to take maximum time off so I can prepare for 2 months straight of big releases"
Possibly going to take time off in early December
"I've got great news for everybody" (he then talks about da patreon goal)
"as of last night we had a bunch of people pledge out of nowhere"
He says that there's only a few bucks away from the goal
"all we need is a few more people to step up"
"this is all hinging on the fact that people who are currently pledging don't withdraw or get bounced"
"now here's the thing, we still have 3 and a half days left in September"
Apparently one person in particular did a large pledge but didn't ask for a call out. He specifically says it wasn't viking and semi-addressed people who constantly say viking is the person who always does huge pledges.
Says patreon helps him to pay his bills and specifically says business class internet is "fucking expensive"
Says patreon will help him to buy the new games being released during October. 6 AAA titles apparently.
Goes on about his Teespring and how its autumn and people might want a nice sweatshirt to "go outside"
Then mentions that Christmas is coming up (and tries to sell his teespring items as great gifts for da holiday season)
Says he doesn't know if he'll be here and happy in a few months or if he'll have to sell his house and be sad
Vaguely references stuff going on "behind the scenes" but no particulars
Says he's using all the tip funds to buy new releases and he would like to continue doing so.
With this update on Twitch/Nightbot it looks like if you post links/spam/symbols you'll get an auto time out that ranges in time.
Says he wouldn't play fortnight because it didn't have a lot of players. Then went on a rant about how the devs got accused of stealing some shit from PUBG. Then said he didn't support that kind of thing. Then said he would consider playing the game because a few people in chat asked for it and its free.
(not sure if he's being serious) Says he'd consider doing crossdressing and playing a bunch of weird games like Dream Daddy as a future patreon goal.
If he raises $5000 on Patreon he'll wear "assless chaps"
"I don't know what's with people on the internet liking gay and transexual stuff"
Says he got a bunch of random emails including someone who asked about "The Last of Us" collector's edition and then says he hasn't sold any of that stuff online for 2 years.

Yeah if that's not him suspect to self-pledging, I don't know what is. Even the paypigs know Vidar is the only type of guy that would rescue him, but he didn't do it? He's trying to bait people into closing the gap for ego, because him missing the goal for more than 2 months would kill him internally.
Gotta love it everytime he creates these "abunchapeepul" and "aluttapeepul" entities to support his stupid narratives. He's not fooling anyone with two people donating hundreds.
Would be super fun if Phil still "failed" (judging from the numbers higher up he have already made it) his Patreon goal after pledging $200 to himself.
He still thinks Dream Daddy is some super serious SJW game. This "if I crossdress I can make a serious game funny" not knowing that DD is anything but super serious.

BTW on the whole 'office' thing... When I was reading up on tax stuff, basically your "home office" if you do any tax deductions related to it has to strictly be an "office only".
When you're not working, the idea is its basically boarded up and you never use it besides for work.
This may help to explain why he's so adamant about only using his office for "da work"

How convenient that big money AND console/game donators always wish to remain anonymous. If I gave this bastard anything, I'd demand my name be up in lights.
