BTW on the whole 'office' thing... When I was reading up on tax stuff, basically your "home office" if you do any tax deductions related to it has to strictly be an "office only".
When you're not working, the idea is its basically boarded up and you never use it besides for work.

This may help to explain why he's so adamant about only using his office for "da work"

Even though he broadcast himself having some pleasure time in his work only space, during work hours. Totally only work related.

Property tax in almost always included in the mortgage payment, some loan types even require it, the bank then holds it and pays it when it is due, this is a nonissue. It would be abnormal if Phil and his bank were not using this arrangement.

When i was looking into Gouty's house tax stuff there was an option to get the remaining years outstanding amount bill sent to the address - it was about $1980 that needs to be paid by end of Oct..

He will get this random bill anyday now and freak out again

If Phil pledged the remaining money

Anyone have the screen caps of an old Twitter argument where one of Phil's hardcore fans, maybe Vidar not 100% sure, argued that since Phil was jacking it in his "office," and he only uses that room for work, somehow that "incident" must have been work related.

I'm not sure why you consider this random. It's the property tax bill that he pays every six months. The option to have a paper statement sent just allows him to get one mailed in addition to the electronic one he no doubt received (as you do with all electronic bills that I'm aware of). This isn't going to surprise and freak him out anymore than his electric bill or mortgage statement would.

I think Phil may not have an escrow account for taxes, because I've heard him talking about paying them. But that may be just CT, or maybe (collective gasp) I'm mistaken.

We are talking about our manbaby here. Do you think he remembers that every 6 months his property tax is due? He cant seem to remember the water tax for the CT condo much less the necessary aspects of home ownership in WA. Put this property tax, along with his regular bills, along with perhaps insurance due, and then tack on a possible assessment from the HOA? Perfect storm.

I was watching one of the TIHYDPs (For a Resident Evil game, by Josh Ryuk, I don't remember which one, but I do recommend RE3 & RE:CV, easiest lulz ever, and not A-Loggy either), and my brother overheard it and asked me to wear headphones because "That was the most annoying person I have ever heard" . I told him some DSP stories before, but this is the 1st time he ever listened to his voice, and he's not really into video games either.

Should I proceed to tell him that he has a possibly pedo Norwegian butler that gives him money & uses BBQ sauce to invoke demons for his benefit?

Well as Phil's life is based around laziness and not taking note of any criticisms that people tell you, the next time he asks you to use headphones you should just say "there was nothing I could do!"

There is quite a difference between forgetting when exactly your taxes are due and being surprised and freaked out when you receive them. Same with homeowners insurance (if the escrow doesn't pay them), they may come monthly, quarterly, biannually or annually and Phil might forget when they're exactly due, but after 5 years I cannot believe he's saying "oh my god! I have to pay insurance for this place?! I'm ruined!"

I believe the water bill from CT was a unexpected ~$2000 one-time bill for either water/sewage pipe replacement or repair. A simple search didn't yield anything, but maybe I'll find it later (but probably not, I'm monumentally lazy).

I don't agree with the perfect storm theory, but that's a whole other post. But do riddle me this, how can the tax bill be part of the perfect storm that may be forcing the house sale when it's something he supposedly doesn't yet know about?

Agreed on there being no possible way he wasn't fully aware of this tax bill and yeah, most likely the bank is taking care of it.

However, from what I read there are a variety of factors that could cause a bank to ask for a shitload of money due to miscalculated escrow funds. This seems to happen a lot when the value of a home changes substantially and the banks (as all banks are) are useless at calculating what is needed.

From what I read they can basically underestimate during 2015-2016, then in 2017 knock on your door and tell you that you need to pay a heft sum or you can go fuck yourself.

The perfect storm theory is basically hinged upon some sort of fee/regular payment he does getting pushed way out of proportion (I read about some instances where mortgage payments went up as much as $500-800 effective immediately).

There are a number of other factors at play such as his house increasing in value and such as well.

The main point when considering 'da perfect storm' is simply that Phil doesn't have any wiggle room. If he suddenly has to make something like $1000 a month appear then he is fucked. If it's just $200, maybe he could get by, but if it is a huge amount then he is fucked.

Of course, if Phil wasn't exceptional he would start right now to severely work on reducing all his bills/spending by a huge amount. He'd get rid of his stupid fucking car that he never uses and buy a shitbox for $1000. He'd cut his internet and cable bill down to $200 USD tops.

But we all know he's not going to do that.

Uhh. So I've never tried a hungry man dinner, I got curious and searched YouTube for some reviews.

SashaMoniqueTalks has a great review of Phil's favorite frozen meal. It's so great that I'm still not able to tell if its actually real...

Well I am convinced he has FAS, I mean he already claimed his mom chain smoked when she was pregnant with him I'm sure she was drinking too. He mentions it here at the 11:10 mark.

If she was a smoker she probably did smoke when she was pregnant. While it is not the best thing to do the stress of quitting can also cause problems, so she may have smoked and Phil over exaggerated like he does with everything. What made you think of FAS? Not saying you are wrong it is just a more interesting diagnosis of Dsp then what usually gets thrown out there.

Vegeta!! What does the scouter say about his irony level?!?!
Just another day of hypocrisy for Dsp.

I have also suspected that DSP has some form of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (yet another spectrum he may be on, lol).

I was bored one day and gave a cursory look at some of the traits of FASD and I wouldn't be surprised if he actually does fall within the spectrum for it. His short temper, personality defects, weird physical traits, general stupidity, it all seems to point to it as a possibility.

Or I am wrong and gay.

Holy shit. Philly Boy might have someone new to put under the bus if it's true.
