I couldn't even tell a difference in Rosechu's weight in the first 2 panels. He draws his characters so mangled and ill proportioned, so it still looks like normal, carelessly drawn Rosechu.

Looks like Chris is writing about his life again, this time using Rosechu as his stand-in.
Even by Sonichu's standards there's something really distressing about seeing a crudely-drawn hedgehog suck down a garbage can full of potato soup.

I agree Rosechu getting fat was most likely not Chris' idea. Rosechu was badly injured and had a reason to put on weight--she was in a wheelchair and was obviously less active--but Chris decides to show her eating tons of food and having no willpower as the reason she gets fat. It's like someone told him he should show Sonichu's love for Rosechu being unconditional by crippling her so that she would gain weight, but Chris didn't connect the two ideas in his head. Being crippled can equal weight gain, but Chris thinks it only occurs by consuming massive amounts of food like something you would see in a cartoon.
