No, he gets the money regardless of whether it's a new or increased pledge
I'm very skeptical of his description of the way Patreon works. If I'm understanding him correctly, his claim is that Patreon removes 1 time pledges from the total as soon as the donator declines future pledges or lowers their next pledge. That makes no sense. For example, if he's sitting at $900 & someone donates $200 but then lowers next month or cancels all together, his Patreon total should still read $1,100. He claims that $200 won't be included in the total & that it will still read $900. Again, that makes no sense.

Mmmm...the freshly microwaved smell of turkey, cranberries and loneliness.

That looks like loose feces.

Think he might be using a guide for Cup head. Usually DSP does levels in order. He decided to skip the robot level and do another level. Then he went on break before doing the robot level which is very suspicious.

He's looked up guides for whatever he's playing while he's shitting out his gout for a long time now.

He's right, but he's leaving out important details. Instant charges are supposed to be retroactive to the previous month in terms of benefits/perks, meaning that a new donor today should be entitled to August rewards for his/her instant charge payment, then the September ones when Paymetons processes the recurring payment. Phil breaks the rules here and counts anything donated in September as money towards the September goal. It's sleight of hand and a great way for him to over-/under- state how much he's getting through the site, but nobody cares enough to make him follow the rules here.

For anyone curious, you can bulk buy Hungry Man dinners from Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/Hungry-Classic-Fried-Chicken-Ounce/dp/B00B04D6YM

  • $71.95 for 8
  • That's $8.99 a piece.
EDIT: As pointed out you can get these meals much cheaper from other sources. Somewhere between $2-3 a piece

Then look at average food prices:
https://www.bls.gov/regions/mid-atl...ailfoodandenergyprices_usandmidwest_table.htm

According to that (I don't care if he lives in the midwest or not, pricing can't be that out of whack) he could pretty much buy a pound of basically any kind of meat for like half that price.

I'm seeing an Asian supermarket in Renton that charges (http://www.vietwah.com/blog)
  • $7.50 for an entire chicken (free range)
  • $3.99 for a pound of flank steak
  • $6.99 for a pound of beef tenderloin
  • $1.79 for a pound of pork shoulder (boneless)
  • $.79 for a pound of chicken drumsticks
  • $1.39 for pork arm roast picnic
  • $1.99 for pork baby back ribs

I'm sure if you went direct to a butcher you'd get it even cheaper.

So Phil, you're telling me you'd rather spend $8.99 for what very much looks like dog shit is better than spending half as much on some meat (buy a load and put it in your freezer), then...
  • Take an oven tray, throw some meat onto it, take some herbs and spices (or premade mix) and sperg that shaker all over it
  • Throw some corn/beans/peas/carrot in a pot or buy a premade salad
Is somehow more difficult than heating up a Hungry Man meal?
This shit isn't exactly rocket science or even time consuming at all. But hey, I guess if you'd prefer to keep eating dog food then go ahead.

I don’t even think it's the necessary the living alone part that’s the issue. Heck, tons of people live alone after college or when they finally break into a career. I've lived alone and neither my health or my ability to function has suffered. The issue with Phil(and will always be an issue) is that he is asocial. He lacks understanding of verbal and physical cues. He comes off as cardboard; lacking in-person skills. I feel Phil has lived so much in his own bubble, that him going out into the social world to reconnect is impossible. I can’t imagine him calling or texting friends for a get-together on the weekend. I can’t imagine him heading out to catch a sports game or concert with a friend or evening being…human enough…to know how to socialize without talking about himself.

Yeah it's totally it. He used to live alone at Connecticut but the difference is that every Saturday Rambo would come around, every Wednesday or Thursday I forget he'd have dinner at his parents, once a month for every weekend Pandalee would stay over. And sometimes Howard would invite him and Rambo and Howards other friends who DSP knew by association for fun and games. Thats some form of social life. Plus he used to go to cons and tournaments. All that is gone now. He truly lives in a bubble now in his little gated community. Its why all the claims where DSP was like "It'll be like it used to be in Connecticut!" were bull.

Its just that DSP has made himself believe he doesn't need them anymore. I don't think he even believes that really I mean you've all seen how he acts to criticism so this is just how he acts when he's hurt. He's hurt that Rambo and Howard did that one video on him even though he talked shit about them first and it was a rebuttal video, and he's hurt Leanna had enough and left him.

Phil has really been trying to boost his ego with statements like this...

First hardly anyone played USF2, that is how Evil AJ got to fight him so many times, and the Patreon goal he knows one guy saved his ass and there is no denying it. With the amount of shit these comments are full of and all the "woe is me 2017 has been so bad" he is really stretching for something to feel good about. Maybe after his break he will be fine, but when he came back from his last staycation he was worse then when he left so we will see.

They are $2.67 at Walmart. At that price you know they're made from the lowest quality ingredients the USDA allows to be sold for human consumption.

Wow. Color me shocked.
I kind of doubted Phil the other day when he criticized people who were playing Cuphead early were just "all about the money" and not "hardcore gamers".

I guess I was wrong. You've obviously got to be a pretty "hardcore gamer" to eat literal dog food while still going out and buying every single AAA title that comes out.

Regardless, even from that list I pasted you can see that Phil would be able to find food that isn't that bad that still comes in at around the same budget as a Hungry Man meal.

That's because Patreon only shows what he from recurring pledges, but he counts all money he got including new/increased pledges that don't recur.

Does anyone have the picture The LeannaTM posted of that cat?

New DSP tries it:

Jesus Christ that shit's disgusting to stare at.

Btw, best part? "This is one of the most unhealthy things I've ever eaten on here. I'm gonna take one more bite!" Never change Phil, never change.
Not only does that burger look supremely unhealthy it looks unappealing, doubly so when you have to watch DSP wrap his slack jaw around it and hear the fact he doesn't usually chew with his mouth closed.

It's not delivery, it's pathetic.
As much as Digiorno try to say they offer better frozen pizza this one looks to be on the lower end.

Good luck with your gout old buddy.

So we can all agree he ate this whole pizza right? Also, remember when he had those (visible) side sandwiches, or in KFC's case side bucket of chicken, do you think he wrote the whole meal off on his taxes or just the sandwich the video was about? If he writes off his water bill because he takes dumps during his "breaks" I wouldn't put anything past him.
