When I first saw this thread, I was all fired up and ready to start reeeeing about the fact that you assholes were antagonizing a floridly psychotic man, but then I dug in and saw the utter cluelessness and stupidity on his part and I thought 'oh, ok'. 64 fucking pages and this cunt still won't buy a clue.

The stuff about the metro sexual classes and the secret sock society, I think, is just part of his disordered thinking. I don't know about autism (seems like everything and everyone is fucking autistic around here the way that word gets thrown around), but Jan's schizophenia is so freaking obvious that I don't understand how he hasn't been involuntarily committed by now. (Although it's hard to have ANYONE committed Down Under unless they're demonstrably a threat to themselves or others, so it may just be that he isn't violent enough.) You'd think that nearly getting himself jailed and ostracized for telling people he's a pedo would make him a threat to himself in the eyes of the law. His judgement is clearly badly impaired. The only reason I'm not calling for this thread to be closed is because a) aside from being insane, he's dumb as a box of rocks and b) this thread, should its contents make their way to the right people, could be helpful in convincing the authorities to commit him.

64 pages is enough. It's done.He lives in my city and I don't know about the legality of getting him sectioned or whether its within my remit but getting him banned so he won't be able to pity-bait is something I can suggest. We've given him suggestions and he obviously hasn't taken them.

A Google search for "victoria mental health act" has lead me to the following information:

A registered medical practitioner or a doctor will make an assessment order if they believe you appear to have a mental illness. You must meet these four criteria for an assessment order:

  • you appear to have a mental illness
  • you need treatment to prevent serious harm to yourself, serious deterioration in your mental or physical health, or serious harm to another person
  • if an order is made, then you can be assessed
  • there is no less restrictive means available to assess you including if you can be treated as a voluntary patient.
The order allows an authorised psychiatrist to examine to you decide if you have a mental illness and require compulsory treatment under a temporary treatment order.

You can be examined:

  • in hospital – an inpatient assessment order allows for 72 hours to transport you to hospital and then 24 hours to be examined when you arrived at the hospital. This can be extended twice (up to a maximum of 48 hours)
  • in the community – a community assessment order will only last for a maximum of 24 hours.

So, basically, it's very unlikely he would be sectioned or even given the time of day by the courts unless the contents of this thread (or other parts of his online presence) could be used to somehow convince Victoria's Mental Health Tribunal to make him see a psychiatrist. Even then, there's no guarantee he would keep taking his meds as prescribed, though that would probably lead to a compulsory treatment order basically consisting of a court order telling him to take his meds.

Yeah, I don't see it happening, frankly. I don't want to sperg out about this guy and contact a mod but there's not much more to say to him or about him at this stage.

Is this how everyone sees me? A psychotic person of limited IQ? I understand 64 pages of utter BS is insane, but that doesn't always mean I'm psychotic.

I'm also fed up with this yoshi avatar.

I can't make any claims about you being psychotic given my lack of medical schooling, but it's safe to say that EVERYBODY who has to talk to you sees you as a simpleton of limited IQ. And I truly mean everyone.
