I don't think they ever marketed these guys beyond someone managed to get cable TV channels to play this stuff.
Oddly that first cartoon isn't related to Zdeněk Miler's creation, but was something Russia's Soyuzmultfilm did perhaps inspired by the first of the Czech Mole cartoons, 1957's "How Mole Got His Trousers".

Though probably the best I never saw as a kid, but one I have on 16mm anyway is this entry in a series about a girl name Dorothy and her parrot Coco! It's got quite a rather WTF situation that develops in this one!
Certainly wasn't mine sadly, I don't think Nickelodeon would've been that daring to air it anyway, not after
episode 2!
They did however play an English-dubbed film compilation of the "Space" series called "Revenge of the Humanoids".
