I had the same view around 2008 during the financial crash. The rich buy up both parties and direct them to enact policy for short sighted gain which ends in crisis.

The difference here is how to bring about ruin.

For me it's to end the left vs right dictomony. End that and you end many careers and power of of those at the top.

I mean look at Rome. Got destroyed by a new faith Christianity and now that faith is subverting Chinese government.

Social Justice is doing same thing. It's a meme designed like a computer virus meant to destroy the system. It's working.

The enlightenment did the same when bringing down the Catholic Church.

The key to getting those in power to burn is destroy the narratives that they've built their kingdom upon.

The narrative the power in America build their power upon is via division. Mostly via the left right dictomony. Destroy that or transcend it and the whole thing will come to a screeching halt immediately.

He was prosecuted under an astoundingly overbroad interpretation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, for simply exposing to the public the fact that AT&T was basically raping their users' privacy. Unfortunately, his conviction wasn't overturned because the CFAA shouldn't have even applied to it in the first place, but due to a fairly despicable prosecutorial practice of prosecuting him in New Jersey, which had no connection whatsoever to the "crime," solely to make it impossible for him to defend himself.

The long and short of it, though, is the conviction was vacated because of extreme procedural abuses by the prosecution, which the court allowed.

Orin Kerr's brief in this case really lays out the legal issues well and pretty much everyone should read it.

Agreed, and I hope he answers it, because it would be interesting. I probably overreacted to someone not knowing how shit his prosecution was.

Well, I mean, you didn't really ask for a personal account. You just asked what the charge was and how long I was in fed, which are like lmgtfy stuff, and I linked to an explanation of my case in the initial post.

The account of @AnOminous was pretty accurate. As for a personal account, I don't think the charge mattered. I was put in prison for cultivating racist polemics on the Internet. At the end of the day, accessing public webservers and doing basic arithmetic is not a crime and they knew it. My real crime was talking about Jews, and they just made up a pretext to punish me for it because they can't say they are throwing me in prison for talking about Jews.

I spent 15 months in prison, including extradition, before my case was overturned by the appellate court. I spent about 7 of that in solitary confinement, and I was beaten and starved as by the guards as well. Those parts sucked.

To me it is not about reconstructing some weird rituals in costumes. I have no group.

I read the eddas and the sagas and found them inspiring, and my offering to the old gods is to try to live my life with the same mindset as the characters I saw in them. I am not be swinging an ax, but if I thought that more effective than a keyboard I'd have picked that up.

Start with the Poetic Edda (pay special attention to the Havamal, and I really like the Volundarkvidha) and then move to the Heimskringla. Think about the perspectives on life presented in them, and if you like them you live according to them in the manner you most see fit. For some people, that is dressing up in period garb and drinking homemade mead. For me, it is making people freak out when swastikas shoot out of 100k printers.

I know you dislike porn for it's jewish influence, but what is your opinion on anime porn/hentai & ecchi shit? I know there are some with similar politics to yours that are fans of it and others that think it is also degenerate filth anyway.

The second one is a lot less shitposty and comes on the heels of you giving my OP about Richard Spencer in the lolcows forum a like rating. What is your specific opinion about him?

I think all forms of pornography are part of a disturbing trend of making people passive consumers of their lives instead of active participants. Pornography of all sorts causes unnatural things to happen in the brain. It is basely bad for you.

I think prostitution is immoral, but it is vastly less harmful than pornography. At least then your lust is confined to a specific place, the brothel. Pornography is ever-present and vices that are consistently available are more psychologically transformative.

Oh I wrote a pretty impactful post about this recently. Over 900 facebook shares. Tens of thousands of readers. Pretty big for an inside baseball thing that only altright people read. Everybody read it. It was on target. I said a lot of things that should have been said earlier.
