The post was an honest post by an SJW who figured that teeechnically Harry could be a POC. I added the book cover that they're pretending didn't happen.

I can't believe someone would expect that of JK Rowling. The woman named someone "Cho Chang," she seriously doesn't care about race. Then again after the Dumbledore-gay-retcon thing anything's possible :)

That person has clearly never met anyone outside their hometown because there are tons of non-white people with those traits :I

The post is sarcastic, but it's still honestly saying that Harry could be a POC. I think this is on the coattails of "but you GUYS, the book says Katniss is a lil' bit tan! clearly she is a trans woman of color!"

We all know that all characters in books are only white in the movies to sell them. Cleary every author writes all the important characters as POC transgender if they aren't described as specifically white and even then. But seriously when you read you can picture the character as anyone you want but if they make it a movie you can't expect it to look you imagined. And seriously if there is cover art of the main character, then you can't really complain because that is what the author wanted the main character to be.

Whining at your problems instead of fixing them, selfishly breaking under pressure instead of holding firm, and asking society to conform their ideals to you personally is not compatible with respect and success. That's why the SJW movement exists.

Asking to be let in on their bullshit is not admirable.

Then maybe these same people shouldn't be demanding books be spoonfed to them.

Kind of like how Mick Jagger writes songs about black women, but they always put white people in the videos?

The latest Tumblr jargon is 'deathfat', which is a different way of saying 'morbidly obese'! And deathfat people are of course Strong Proud Womyn of Size who don't need to listen to doctors and thin people telling them that they're SLOWLY KILLING THEMSELVES

Deathfat kinda makes me think of Deathclaw's from Fallout. Also makes me think of some metal band for a reason. Really, if deathfat is the latest Tumblr jargon, what would be next?

Deathfat is a fucking awesome band name.

Could also work for one of those gimmick tribute bands like Lez Zeppelin or Mini Kiss...bunch of huge fat dudes playing Flying Vs: Megadethfat

Is Deathfat a thing? It soundslike people would take way more offense to deathfat than morribly obese. But DethFat does sound like a plus sized metal band.
