I had a reduction about ten years ago so I speak with a little experience.

They do look pretty fucked for the first few years. They're a weird shape, they sit really high on the chest, and the scars are hard, raised, and dark. Most of the photos you see online are of pretty recent surgeries.

But after a while, they start looking like normal tits and the scars fade and soften. Even Trishas frankentits will probably look decent, given enough time.

Yeah... this is what frustrates me the most about Nicki. She's always bragging about how thick she is, when all she did was put plastic in all the expected places to make an hourglass figure. Bloggers fawn over her because her surgery has mostly turned out alright, and use her as a counterpoint against surgeries gone wrong (usually on white people). It's bizarre to me that she's most feminists' ideal of "body positivity," but expecting critical thought from them is a tall order.
