No, of course not, and I can prove this by showing you such attacks in 99% black countries in Africa. What this proves is that tribalism is still alive and well and partitions people by more than just skin color. The issue is that white, western culture tends to be a global receiver, willing to give a 'benefit of a doubt' to everyone, while middle-eastern culture and black culture even in the u.s. tends to be a global giver, trying to propagate itself as hard as possible.
