Tumblr can definitely raid, it's just that their raiding style is different from 4chan. They usually target singular people instead of communities. All you have to do is get a really popular SJW blog to make an emotionally-manipulative call to arms and suddenly you'll have droves of malleable girls parachuting down with oppression accusations ablazing. Tumblr has gotten people fired and arrested before.
The difference with tumblr raids is that they're more about zealotry than anything. It's not a shits and giggles thing like a /b/ raid. Tumblrites legitimately think that they're doing the right thing by trying to ruin somebody's life.

I never heard of Tumblrites getting a person fired but I have heard of them calling the law to get a man deported. It happened because the guy's wife (who has a tumblr) didn't believe some SJW did try to commit suicide. Said followers and friends of the SJW (who claimed to commit suicide) dismissed the woman as a brony (she isn't one if I recall correctly) because said Tumblrite (who claimed suicide) managed to provoke the ire of bronies and her friends try to defend her by saying she is a minor despite being a year or even a few months away from being 18. Really, these SJW's show how vile they are in doing such things, especially if they try to paint themselves as saints. I do wonder how it would be to them if they got fired or arrested because of the website that has their hugbox raided them.

They never listen to people who point out their double standards. There's no reason why they would start with people who pointed out the irony in such a situation.

Well it would appear that the SJW do respond to some kind of Hive mind that guides all their reactions and allows them to strike out at all white/males and Cisgengers with remarkable organization. The set list of responses they use is also indicative of a single entity powering using a certain vocabulary rather than multiple organisms contributing to the community as a hole increasing the vocabulary and random reactions to outside stimuli.

The ShutDown4chan page on tumblr was revealed to have been the work of.... 4chan themselves. On one of the pages, there's an IP link encouraging users to "DDOS 4chan" when in fact the IP was tumblr's IP

If it's real, one can show concern but then again some people do make toy guns that look realistic. It is stupid to get 4Chan to stop because honestly, even if the Tumblrites succeeded in doxxing Moot and the staff which lead to their deportations, deaths, arrest, or whatever, there can be a successor plus there will be those who decide to literally grab this snake by the throat via being relentlessness in whatever it is that pushes the buttons of these Tumblrites or even finding a way to mess with these Tumblrites.
