Actually no thats not how it works. When you click a link to google drive, it doesn't automatically request your identity. The person clicking the link must also then click "request access" when it tells them the file is private and you must request access if you want to see it. there's no tricks forcing people to request access and reveal their identity.

the reason I was posting links to google drive files is because you can set it up that you can't download the files. that works better with videos than pictures. So with videos, if I want to share a video but i don't want people to download and archive the video, i just set the feature on google drive to prevent anyone from downloading the video. that gives me full control of whether i want to delete the video from people's access or not.

I have plenty of positive impact on people's life. Negative impacts on people's life caused by me are extremely rare and is mostly selfcaused by their own making.

Actually i didn't phish for anything. She requested access to the file and I saw her name and thats when I got the idea after it already happened to post about her on the thread. I had no intention or thought of people providing identifying information by requesting access to my files. So rather than me trying to phish, it was someone being a little foolish, and then when I saw that I said oh wow. that was completely unexpected to see their identity revealed. so i just ran with it. it was completely unplanned so I can't claim credit to any plan or intention to phish anyone for anything.
