That's because there's a difference between pointing and laughing (or just shaking your head in disbelief) at Phil, and actively going out of your way to fuck with him, or trying to get others to do so for you.

If you want to get real technical, the King's Field series (1994 onwards) was the Souls series before it went full-Souls. But you're right. It's going to be a disaster. Co-op with Phil is already a shitshow, if we're going off current events. And that was Call of Duty. Monster Hunter co-op is going to be horrendous.

Monster Hunter has very slow, realistic movements.

He can’t just grind the best gear and mash A in hopes of the enemy dying first.

He will get hit first every time if he would try that.

Also him running through the desert and wondering why his health would drop every second will be a 100% possibility.

Probably the most likely reason Phil wants (more like requires) these specific headphones is that they make configuring audio for streaming much easier, it'd be too much effort to learn the skills required to do this without some shitty expensive device, so this is Phil's easy mode. Just like everything else.

Actually I'm pretty sure he wants them because he thinks he deserves them for being such a "great streamer" and working hard every day twiddling his fingers playing games that the rest of us play for fun.

It's no different than a while back when he begged for a 4K TV saying that it would improve his gameplay and give the viewers a much better experience. Of course that's just bullshit. Put a $300 chef's knife into the hands of somebody who can't cook and it's not going to turn them into a gourmet chef. A 4K TV will not turn DickStrokingPhil into a better player or be of any advantage to the viewers. What it would have done was give goutboy a better TV with better resolution.

A pair of cheap $50 headphones with a decent mic is all he needs. It's all about how much he can soak his fans for because he knows he can get it from them.

The whole point is for HIM to troll himself and blame the game or devs for mechanics his old man brain cant process, thats the kind of :autism: people (like me) want to see because he can be called out as an actual shitter for doing so, just tampering with his hunts to purposefully kill him and make him angry is lame, he then has a reason to blame "detractors".... dont you get it?
