Meanwhile on TKOH, this wee suggestion made me literally LOL.

There's nothing Phil can really say to defend himself against many detractor videos as most use evidence of sorts to counter his bullshit (think of the wardogleader incident or him apparently never saying he supported loot boxes even though there's audio proof and a tweet proving otherwise). Phil knows he cannot watch most of these videos and prove them inaccurate - would be weird seeing him try.

You missed the guy who really wants a chance to come to Phil's house to play co-op. He basically wants to live with Phil for a week and play games with him, be part of a special Ask the King, and Dsp Tries It. It is a 90% chance it is just a troll, but the guy has talked about it in more then one thread and some other people don't think it is a bad idea.

Party with the King could have potential to be Phil's best or worst series ever. At best we get a drunk Dsp arguing with other people when they call him out for complaining about his bullshit problems. At worst it is Phil in the back corner of a bar staring at his table for 4 hours, all of which would be uploaded in 10 minute chunks with multiple ad breaks.

Well no. If a retailer isn't obligated to collect sales tax then you don't have to pay it. As the consumer/purchaser you're not implicated in any failure by the business selling you something to obey tax laws. If the seller doesn't collect the tax and was obligated to collect it, then the state can assess the seller and make them pay the tax. It would then be up to the seller to try to collect it after the fact from the buyer.
