The fact that he keeps lurking is a clear sign that Mike actually considers KF content stimulating. If it weren't, he'd log off and never return. I suspect that we engage him, rather than banning him, is a new experience and one he finds very disorienting.
Ussually he's chased off on other boards.
We tried to accept him as one of us and he found it strange when we said 'we', implying an actual community. He pretends he's redpilled but deep down he's a scared little child in an atomised globalised society searching for meaning. Racism gave him a 'moral' centre and he can't detach himself from it. He's angry and broken. Lurking on kiwifarms is all he has left. Sad, huh?

An interesting observation, and one which I’m inclined to agree. Mike’s presence on other forums is that of an autistic ranter— he broadcasts his points until he gets banned, but has no real ability to discuss any topic at length. He covers this up by feigning distaste for his audience, but the truth is, Mike isn’t good at analyzing ideas. The infamous debate ducking being only one example that we’ve witnessed here.
From this, it’s logical that Mike feels intimidated at a forum where people of different backgrounds can share information about common interests.

I should mention that Mike has been using VK. com. He's also back to using his Twitter account. Same goes with updating his disqus two months ago.

Actually, upon reading the article more closely... there really aren’t any current restrictions on sex by age, merely that you can’t “coerce” someone to have sex with you.
So, if this law passes, it would actually be more restrictive than the current structure.

The only country with no age of consent at all is Saudi Arabia. Even Yemen, Afghanistan, and the Maldives manage to have it at 9, and Sudan at 10.

The fact that he thinks a forum dedicated to doing exactly that, would do otherwise, just speaks to how exceptional Mike’s thought patterns really are.

The fact that a court acquitted a 30 year old who by his own admission had sex with an 11 year old, on the grounds that it was consensual, says pretty much the opposite.
Wikipedia translates that very statute as meaning: "The age of consent in France is 15, as specified by Article 227-25 of the Penal Code, which reads: "The fact of the commission without violence, constraint, threat or surprise of a sexual offence by an adult on the person of a minor under fifteen years of age is punished by five years' imprisonment and a fine of €75,000."
The phrase "of a sexual offence" ("une atteinte sexuelle") is limiting language.
In any event, whether or not it was intended to mean something else, or Wikipedia got it wrong, courts are apparently interpreting the law in a manner that does not create anything resembling an age of consent as it is known in most other countries.
