The background check had no evidence of a license, hence the idea forming. Those background checks aren’t perfect though. Brianna has been documented driving people around (and losing the car like an idiot, forcing a call to Uber).

Wu likely has a license now, although there is no full evidence either way.

Guaranteed. Half of the repairs listed in his Audi were problems caused by John himself, like him tearing out the wiring to put in his stupid Tron lighting system or repainting his car in a sandpit.

Nah. Even if Lynch weren't a public figure (which as a Congressman he assuredly is), campaign rhetoric is expected to be heated and exaggerated. Assuming he actually voted the way John claims he did, then yeah, he can get away with a, ahem, "BRUTAL" (if likely nonexistent) advertisement. To cross the defamation line, he'd have to accuse Lynch of doing something he knew to be false -- like, I dunno, claim that Lynch had molested one of his pages or something.

Good news! This works both ways, because John has rather stupidly made himself into a public figure as well. It's open season on his hilarious past and business failures and history of mental unbalance.

I doubt it, Lynch is aware of Flu, but any actual acknowledgement of Flu or her scampaign in any way just "legitimizes" it. Lynch, along with the rest of the party will continue to ignore Flu until this farce of a campaign inevitably fails.

If it hasn't happened already. I'd be willing to bet it has, and it's been either considered and disregarded, or outright ignored. Lynch and his people are most likely well aware of what an utter incompetent idiot Flu is, and have decided to let him self destruct.

The one time Lynch even sort of acknowledged Flu that I'm aware of, was during an NPR interview just after the 2016 elections. When asked about Flu's announcement, Lynch basically laughed it off and said he had better shit to do.
