Their moderators are children and actual adults need to do the job they are demonstrably unfit to do.
To give a bit more detail, the first bit was such tame, garden variety trolling that even they should have gone "gr8 b8 m8" and moved on, they didn't need a mod warning for something that milquetoast.
The second was a point of debate that was reasonably civil between two posters over a strongly held point. Had it devolved into shitflinging it would have needed intervention, but not before.
The last one is the mods themselves attacking a poster for someone pointing out the flaw in someone else's logic when their reaction was the crux of the illogic.
I've seen discussion on the worst parts of the chans with less idiocy by the mods.

Saddest part of all is that it's literally true Democrats and the KKK were one and the same at a point after the Civil War. They made political bank on everything the KKK wanted and many of them were KKK sympathizers or actual Klansman without the hoods.
Denying that is like saying water is dry, but then again, the same idiots who will deny this are the worst parts of NeoGAF on a shittier site, so that's just par for the course.

A (very) cursory check shows that there are somewhat sane & centrist-seeming people in the off-topic section who aren't banned yet, however, it's hard to tell if that's due to Malka calming his tits or due to a shortage of thought police.
Maybe @Munchingonfish can tell us more, since he's more familiar with the site than I am.
