Maybe it's always been like this and I've never noticed, but this shift to being against centrists is pretty amazing. Radical centrist becomes a real position when?

The more radical of the left think that anyone who doesn't share their ideology is their enemy, thus their hatred towards centrists. They believe that centrists are too cowardly to have an allegiance to a party (preferably Democrat in this case) and that they enable the Republicans by not helping the Democrats all the time.Maybe it's always been like this and I've never noticed, but this shift to being against centrists is pretty amazing. I'd legitimately be interested in helping start up a Kiwifarms News Network in a production role.
The BBC are not even mentioning what the videos were, just saying "Trump reposted anti-Muslim videos from a far right group!", the media and government here are still terrified of showing anything negative about Muslims.

We've reached a point where people are derogatorily referred to as "fence sitters" and scorned for not having strong convictions just because they want to see more evidence or believe an issue isn't black and white. I've lost count of how many times I've seen people (almost always people who heavily lean left) mock the "both sides have a point" argument. Now, in some cases, things really are black and white and one side is completely right and the other side is completely wrong (like, I think we can all agree that genocide is bad), but for the most part things are not that absolute. The more radical of the left think that anyone who doesn't share their ideology is their enemy, thus their hatred towards centrists.
