As far as Patreon goes he got an $8 pledge a few days ago bringing him to $910 and now lost two $1 patrons to bring him down to $908 as the front facing number. Not sure if they are keeping track this month but @SoapQueen1 may be able to tell us where that brings the total.

$1130.82 so there's definitely a chance he will have enough in declined pledges to fail to hit it.

Think about this- someone pledged a metric shit ton and he barely hit it. Same as the Halloween even and that took two months. His fans give zero fucks about his goals.

I did have to laugh my ass off when I saw this forum post yesterday where DSP no longer intends to play anything "Souls-style" in January. Playing Demon's Souls before the servers go offline makes sense, he had intended Bloodborne + TOH but that wasn't a Patreon goal or anything, just a downtime idea - fair enough to replace with Demon's.

But remember Super Mario Sunshine was a Patrons' Choice winner, beating Spyro 1 & only shunted to January so the lack of YouTube ad revenue hurt as little as possible (ad revenue at its lowest in January & July). Shunting it but doubling up on the playthroughs by doing Spyro 1 was OK... but he has to actually play Super Mario Sunshine now. Looking unlikely, especially when DSP figures out he doesn't have the hardware or the belief in his software to record & stream it anyway.

Also the daily end of the month Patreon begging tweet, implying people must pledge to "make it all happen". IMO DSP has fucked himself with his early 'we hit the goal!' antics - if he doesn't do the goal, nolbert87's $206 pledge was for nothing & will perhaps alienate big pledgers - DSP can & will ignore your generosity & fail the goal regardless.

What if DSP threatens his fan base with „If we DON‘T hit the goal I will not only have to sell my house but will KILL MYSELF!“

and everyone removes their pledges to make sure of that?

With his fans paying that 10k$ for him being only a matter of time, what's even the most realistic thing that could catch up to him? Guy seems built on lies, provoking people by doing shitty/greedy things on a regular basis with little to no repercussions every single time.

Like, the current mixture of things seems to just work in his favor, with people shitting on him, his fanbase absorbing the blow by giving him questionable amounts of money, and in general all these channels that give the guy constant recognition by documenting his constant rambling and arm flailing. It's become this weird cycle now.

He needs to quiet that "I will have to sell my house." The taxes, state or federal level, are all payable unless the amount is more than the assets of the recipient. Phil can go into a payment plan(if he hasn't already) and just pay what is owed based on his income. I'm assured that since he makes a good amount per month, the taxes would be equal to that take-home amount(baring an extraneous circumstances like him having massive medical bills or children to raise). He uses the "I'll have to sell my home" as a fear stimuli to force his watching audience to pay. Listen, I've been watching Phil's content and have not paid a cent. Why? Because its free. its all free. its not worth my contributing to his patreon or buying his asswipe t-shirts.

And I'm pretty sure I heard him say he wouldn't even be able to drink at all because of the mysterious health issues he's had since childhood. The one he suddenly revealed right before his tax problem and never mentioned before or since.

Y'know. Call me a cynic (and what else could I be after all Phil's done) but I have the feeling he made that up!

He's claiming that he has a girlfriend as an incentive to his fans to keep him happy so they would give more money to him. If he can't pay his taxes, he'll have to break up with her and then he'll be sad and his fans don't want him sad.

So he's making up a girlfriend and his fans are dumb enough to believe it. They believe everything he says to the point where if he said 'You guys have an incurable cancer and the only way to cure yourself is to pay all my taxes' and they'd believe it.

If she don't have a car she can easily take public transport or is she even more broke than Phil and can't pay for that?
"Her parents have to drive her and they dont always have the time"... If that is the case then she is probably a minor and what parents should drive their underage daughter to met someone like Phil?
"She is already in a relationship and she dont want him to find out"... Seriously?

If she is real she has to be living close to him, but as mention that only raises more questions about her and their relationship!

So what do you think it actually is, some extremely well done photoshop, or an old picture of Phil and Leanna?

(It's either Phil or his twin, and Leanna hasn't had her hair like that in years)
