Nah, his entire family have, in the best case scenario, at least one mental disorder. Just look at how fucking many accounts his brother have on Youtube. There's only one plausible explanation for this: he must keep forgetting his passwords. And a person who keeps forgetting something and don't have the thought of writting it down isn't mentally functional enough. I'm a very forgetful person, so I write down all the things I need to do on my day, and sometimes, set alarms.

The fact that his parents didn't cut his internet access a long, looong time ago speak volumes about their parenting. And it's not good parenting. Some people said that Floyd is a grown man and that the parents must be scared/unable to confront him. Ok, that's possible, nobody want to deal with tard rage. But Budge behavior is a thing that didn't appeared out of nowhere. He was a problematic kid, there's no way an adult like him didn't showed signs of disorder when younger. And still, the parents let him be.
I'm not putting all the guilt on his parents tho, since I suspect that they're mentally impaired as he is, if not worse.

Similar with the letter to Null, I could have told you a product of Ontario French immersion wrote that without knowing anything else. We start learning French in grade 3 but often don’t take any actual English lessons until grade 9, relying on the student to pick up English language rules from their parents/environment rather than school. You end up with people that can kind of speak both languages but not well and the grammar is completely terrible in both. I don’t think this guy is quite as dumb as he seems which makes him funnier to me.

The people with average intelligence, after being exposed to some language during a certain period, will start to pick the correct grammar, even subcounsciously. There's no way a person who is exposed to english fairly often will spell "collouge". And his problems aren't only with spelling. He don't have a clue about the general construction of a period, like verbs, adverbs...

Actually yeah you're right, and I worded my post poorly. I do think he has a learning disability, I guess what I mean is I think it is amplified by the fact he probably doesn't have a solid foundation if that makes any sense. I think he's dumb, just not quite as dumb as he sounds.
