It really depends on the person, and the sexuality of the artist. Nowadays it's frowned upon to draw gay material if you're cis het female, because that makes you a dirty, fetishising fujoshi who just sees gay men as fap material

What counts as a Jewish headcanon?

It's when you say a character is Jewish over characteristics that can be interpreted as Jewish stereotypes. Your character doesn't have any of those characteristics? Then apply as many stereotypes as possible to them in your headcanon! Because that's definitely not offensive or anything.

Jewishness should be immediately visible, because we don't want those jews blending in with us normals. Make sure to give them white and blue sweaters with tiny yellow stars of david sewn onto each sleeve!
