It's basically the asker (probably) thinking "ahahaha the reactionaries are spreading another rumor about you that you're stealing jokes from TV Tropes, it's totally not true and I want you to reaffirm that".
Jerry e-begging, while it could be seen as embarrassing to him, it's not necessarily damning. People e-beg all the time. Chris is still doing it. Jerry stealing jokes is a bit more damning, as it shows him off to be unoriginal. At least one of his fans has to go ahead and realize that not every "rumor" about him is unsubstantiated. There are archives of Stockholm, Derpibooru admins have no reason to lie about Jerry, Josh's video was from an objective standpoint, etc. (The only one that I can think of that's truly unsubstantiated is the laptop thing, as there's only a small amount of anecdotal evidence to back it up)
It's a classic example of cherry-picking what you want to be true, and what you don't. Jerry's fans don't mind the e-begging and the joke-stealing to be true, but the pedophilia, pedophilia-apologia (Sarah Nyberg), and sockpuppeting? All of that is prattle from the reactionaries, because it's saying negative things about their "precious Lily".

I can sympathize with artists whose work gets traced without their permission (mostly because I'm friends with a number of artists), since tracing could be considered plagiarism (and we know that Jerry has a pretty askew definition of plagiarism).
In fact, before I get any further with this, can we talk about that for a second? How Jerry seems to believe that plagiarism and stealing content is impossible (mostly for him) unless it's literally us who does it?

Let me put it into perspective, with regards to Jerry himself: What if someone decided to take one of the videos that he did (A GoW, for example), copy the script verbatim, set it up in a similar format, and accept praise for doing it? Would that be fine, because copying someone's style, points, etc is a "pretty trivial act of wrongdoing"?
Granted, it depends on the scale of the alleged "tracing" incident that he's referring to, since, as I said, I'm friends with a number of artists, and some have even told me that they're okay with tracing/referencing drawings, so long as they're credited/they allow it/it's not done maliciously.
Third one:
Apparently Jerry's never heard of trends, and wants to condescend to everyone who hasn't touched those trends with a ten-foot pole.
Which, of course, is unsurprising, considering he's picked up on a few trends himself.

Just because the design (Jerry vs. Humanized Bill Cipher) is different doesn't mean that it wasn't traced. Just because one's thighs has depth and the other's is a polygon doesn't mean that it wasn't traced.
