I've really never understood the fascination with those two. I mean honestly it seems they did want to use Phil to kickstart their own careers, and their content was just as awful and unfunny as Phil's. It just seemed like three totally out of touch people who's friendship went sour because of an awful business venture. Nothing more to it.

So if she exists, this is a girl he met online that is possibly a fan, he has to pay for her to travel to him, she sticks around a few days then goes back home, and he wants her to move and do all his cooking/cleaning and help pay his bills.
I can see why people think this is a lie because he is just describing his relationship with Leanna, but he could also just be using the template of the only relationship he was ever in. Plus you know you are totally over the old girlfriend when you try to make the new relationship exactly like the old one.

That supposedly means that she lives some distance away, so how did they have time to see eachother 3-4 times in the last 6 months? He never took any time off to be able to see her that many times over a entire day or so.

Rambo and Phil seemed like genuinely good friends during their co-op sessions. From the way I see it, Rambo and Howard just saw that Phil didn’t care about anything more than the money, so they said their peace and then dropped it.
I think that’s a lot of the reason that Phil constantly rants about Rambo, Howard, Leanna, YouTube, etc. is because there’s no pushback on their side. Phil wants so bad to stir up drama he can capitalize on, he just keeps talking shit hoping to get them to attack back, then he can play the victim by saying “They’re showing their true colors! I told you guys! There was nothing I could do!”
His “opponents” know that he’s lying and it wouldn’t matter if they fought back. They’re hurting him so much more by keeping quiet. It’s admirable really.

Phil seems to have a completely distorted view of why he's so unpopular and hated, i.e. I think the reason he gets so pissed about the Kingdom Hearts fiasco is because he sees it as one of the things that "killed his career" when in reality for anybody else it would've just been a minor hiccup. However it blew up for him, mainly because of the retarded way he reacted to it. I've never seen such arrogance from someone who's failed so bitterly at every endeavour they've undertaken.

This. Anytime you bring up negative stuff he's done, you'll get the "Dood, that was years ago! It's not even relevant!". As if there's some sort of statute of limitations on it, or something. But Phil can tell his life story pretty much every week because he loves harping on about his underdog victory against the FGC and how he's the progenitor of Let's Plays.
Cherry-picking past events is practically a trademark of Phil. As well as obsessing over the past and feeling an intense need to read chapters of the Phil Burnell biography to everyone, even though the people that give a shit about him already know it all.

To be fair, I would imagine it’s hard... for the content creators who put in an iota of effort. You know, serious editing, consistent content, actually doing things for their fans and interacting with them...

I watch some of his SWB2 matches, but i give up, it is like every other F/TPS he plays, he gets a kill = "Im so good!", he gets killed = "Bugged game!".
