I think a few of them got angry that their movie got backlash. They could criticize movies, but say anything about a movie they took part in and they couldn't handle it.

As far as I know Doug and Rob were quite proud of To Boldly Flee from a comedy standpoint. Doug still thinks that Judge Dredd scene is hilarious.

Is it just me or did Channel Awesome just unravel and go to shit after Jewwario died?

Oh God, I don't even know what scene you're talking about because I didn't even finish that one. I watched their other anniversary specials but that one was too much.

Anybody here knows what happened between Bennett The Sage and his friend Gabe from Anime Abandon?
I noticed Gabe stopped appearing in his videos for a couple months but only recently I found out by reading the comments that apparently they had a nasty fall out.I've read Gabe's twitter to see if there's something and he posted in August that he's not working on Sage's videos anymore due to "personal reasons".
What's weird is that Sage is quiet about it.Not even mentions that he "left",he is just pretending that nothing happened.
Incidentally,by reading Gabe's twitter,I see that he recently started to transition into a female,so who knows if that is connected?

I love how basically everyone on Channel Awesome/TGWTG has criticized movies and created worse films whenever they tried to make something of their own. (Not sure on Brad Jones or Mike J though since those ones seemed to be kind of successful.)

Brad had made several entertaining films, so long as you're into low budget slock.

I know where Bennett lives was affected by those wild fires earlier this year. Bennett wasn't affected but not sure if Gabe was (don't follow him on social media).

The fire happened in the same week he had a surgery to start his transition and was very stressful since he thought he lost his home during the time he was recovering in the hospital.

Paid promotion shilling, unfunny skit at the beginning, and a cheap Trump joke. Very bleh.

In addition, Doug decides to tackle it after Mr Enter - Mr fucking Enter - beat him comprehensively to the punch. The same Mr Enter whose arselikhan of Doug and Channel Awesome is legendary - 'I'd never dream of reviewing anything that the Nostalgia Critic has already done (please please please, Doug, allow me to disinfect my tongue before rimming you please can I have a slot on Channel Awesome?').

There may be a moral here, but I really don't give a shit. Just struck me as mildly, sourly amusing.

Y'know, I thought Pan-Pizza's review of it was pretty neat. At the very least it was something literally nobody heard of.

Then Mr Enter reviewed it because he likely saw Pan's review of it and created a bandwagon because of his godawful fanbase.

And now, a year later, we've got Doug jumping on the bandwagon and Phelous following suit. At this point, the shock has completely worn off. There's nothing more to be said or joke about. It's a dead horse, but nobody wants to stop beating it.
