This is her job. He probably just asked for a house cleaner on craigslist.

Isn‘t that like super dangerous for women especially when the housekeeper is a fat grizzly who has no self control and jizzes all over the place?

It would be funny instead of paying her directly he sets up a own Patreon for her.

„Guys pledge to her Patreon if you want to keep her doing this as a job or else I’ll send her back ACK ACK ACK”

Or unemployed.

Given Phil's demographic, she's probably on NEET-bux. I wonder if there's a tax write-off or government benefits from becoming someone's legal guardian?

It's weird that she's not present in any of the pictures. A hand, an arm, anything. It's almost like he's hiding something.

Patreon is changing up their service fee. They say it will help creators get more money, so Phil will love it, but patrons are charged more. No doubt his main whales will give anything to get Phil their money, but maybe those who only want to give a few bucks might not want to give anymore. Only time will tell.
'Fortunately' for DSP he only has about 90 $1 pledges, which are a joke in turns of his Patreon income. Unfortunately he can no longer have a '5 dollar' pledge. I did the math last night comparing to the old 5% Patreon & ~4.2% transaction fee. DSP inferred this in a June 2015 tweet saying he only got $1280 out of Patreon's then raw public figure of $1410, ~90.8% of the money.

Yes, this is a good example of DSP giving us way too much info, and how we can figure out estimates of his income.

Here's a screencap of Patreon's email stating this change of the transaction fee becoming 2.9% plus $0.35 vs. the old logic of up to 5%. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DQY2I5pV4AAi7B0.jpg:orig (http://archive.is/fPwNT)

Here's the calculations, shows that a $1 pledge rockets up to $1.38 cost to the patron but the creator gets $0.95 vs. ~$0.91, and $5 now gets DSP $4.75... except a '$5 pledge' costs the patron $5.49 and half a cent... so $5.50. Also in January DSP wants more Twitch subs as the focus of the monthly goal, so Prime/$4.99 there AND $5.50 on Patreon if you want to actually affect what wins the inevitable poll.

I believe that "her" eligibility would be in jeopardy due to the total income for the household. So, I imagine that unless they're willing to defraud the gubmint with regards to what he actually makes (which Phil totally would)...it would be an absolutely terrible idea.

Which means Phil is already on board to do it. Bugged welfare mechanics.

So judging from his Instagram his new maid has already arrived at the Gout Mansion.
What kind of job does she have to go on a vacation from the 7th of December til Christmas?

It's just as likely he ate both pieces of bread and just fucked up when referring to himself. Then again, I could see Phil refer to himself in the 3rd person.

I'm calling it now: IF she's real she's either severely obese, underaged, or straight up ugly. I refuse to believe that Phil can catch any decent female.

I've said it before but he might be able to get a mail order bride who is desperate to get out of her current situation.

It's possible the registration has been retroactively dated.

I find it very, very hard to believe that this business registration never seems to have appeared or been mentioned by anyone on this thread or on twitter during the entire tax saga. The only logical explanation is that it was, as you said, retroactively dated because he's had to register the company to settle his outstanding taxes and the state government will apply those back taxes to his registered company.

That'd make sense, because obviously backtaxes happen to other people/companies, and the government would have to have some sort of a system by which to apply them. Just because Phil is a sole proprietor, doesn't mean that the vast majority of companies don't employ other company structures (such as LLC) in terms of limiting their liabilities. I assume that if you were an LLC and you got an enormous tax audit and didn't have enough money to pay then the government could only go after the companies possessions/bank accounts, and the person owning said company would be immune to da taxman (provided no fraud went on)

I do have to say I'm very disappointed that he didn't choose to name it DSP enterprises though.

Hate to disappoint you, but humans are very well known for dating, marrying and fornication of the premarital variety with people who are exceptional, ugly, shitty, selfish, cunty and on the off occasion, nice, well rounded people. I've personally very, very rarely seen people who that I'd consider to be both pleasant and deserving of each other and more often than not something shitty happens (like death or cancer) that prevents that relationship from continuing. Keep in mind that the divorce rate in the US is roughly 40-50%.

There are plenty of guys out there just like Phil and plenty of guys out there just the opposite of Phil (just as there are Leannas, Deannas and Reannas). Whether you look at Phil as a good/bad person it must be extremely difficult to be a YouTuber or public personality and to be able to find 'normal' people, so any storybook expectation people have can likely be thrown out the window. She's obviously extremely unlikely to be the typical 9-5 working girl next door or anything that would fit well into a cookie cutter.

It'd only be fitting that with Phil's string of luck throughout his life that he's landed some average, decent person who deserves a hell of a lot better.

I've said it before but he might be able to get a mail order bride who is desperate to get out of her current situation.

You don't even need to get a mail order bride in reality. There are numerous sites to match up guys who are semi-stable financially and who can 'support' a temporary girlfriend for a few nights/weeks/months, its not unheard of.

The major difference being that a mail order bride is much more of an obligation (presuming you're referring to an actual marriage taking place)
